I'm sure if most of us got banned everyone would jump ship to ToR. Having so much time invested in this game is probably the only thing keeping us playing Wow. Having to hand level to 85 again if they shut down hb and got banned would be boring.

it pushes a button when someone uses the label "conspiracy theorist"...since politicians always use that to make guys who question their crimes seem ridiculous. and sure: There is a lawsuit, they read the forums. No big deal.
 
WoW towards the end of this thread I've seen some smoke and where there's smokes there's fire.. I sat through the MMO Glider law suit and seen how it went from a fun bot to nothing but a empty web site. If Blizzard wins then so be it, but this will not mean someone else will not start development on a new bot.. And if you look since the Glider bot how many awesome bots have we seen? Only means shit will get better with time. I personally think that Blizzard knows most people bot now since times changed and no one wants to sit around a piss hours into leveling which is why they always nerf experience and why they now provide Conquest marks from bg's and cross realm pugs. I'd love for Bossland to really stick it to Blizzard, but in the end all good must come to an end, even if that means Blizzard loosing and they beef up Warden or hell even add a new detection program to detect Honorbuddy's Click to move. If Blizzard wanted to they can increase detection to keep the player base, but again what do I know.

If blizzard wanted to they could just remove to click to move. Blizzard is a cash cow and always will be. They dont ban because they care they ban because they know people are addicted like ***** addicts and will speed to the store to go buy more cd keys.
 
hence why the ToS says. they can ban your account no matter what. they do not have to give you a reason what so ever, since you agreed to their terms.

Pirox could of probably fought like HB is doing, but again, he hightailed it.

EDIT: As to why HB as an advantage in Germany, no idea. I am not a lawyer, nor is anyone else on the forums. But they like to wiki copyright laws and start quoting stuff like they know what they are talking about. Read the other threads, primarily the first one that was originally posted when HB was injunctioned (right word?) by Blizzard. There's a lot fo forum lawyer's in there that explain stuff. Are they right? Probably not, but w/e.
