As long as they are all in the same folder it should have no problem reading them.

I suggest you create a folder called profiles. (c:/Profiles/Act1Champfarm/(profiles))

Same problem, but i'm using Drelog
 
Never mind. Just realized it's in the scripts.

I'm not using any relogger or something similar, so basically it just shut down my diablo 3. :S

I click the RadsProfile config and its shows "blank" ? what does change?

What do you mean by blank? is the config window blank?
If so then recheck your installation and follow the installation guide posted on the op
 
When I try to enable security randomization, I click save, but after opening settings again, it's unchecked again..

Known issue, just press default settings and save and it will be enabled but unchecked

how do I manually add profile directory??
