Ok. Do you guys have any idea when RadsAtom will be fixed? Seems like a lot of people are pinpointing their crashes to it.
 
Sorry to bother, but I recently had a problem with the bot leaving the game sometimes when I die to elites when I haven't even died 10 times on a profile. I switched the radsprofilemanager to 11 deaths till log out, but the problem still remaisn the same and the bot itself just leaves. is this the plugin issue or the bot itself?? o.O
 
Well i fixed all the crash problems you guys have linked :) Also added some fixes and a new break timer function.
It will be released to the public soon, but its prereleased to donators ATM :)

Why do you think they started their own forums? Pretending that they can give more "support" that way; no it was to get money. IF the sole purpose of a new forum was more "support" , why aren't non-subscribers getting support?

i think the most people donate just to honor their work...and as a little extra we get pre-releases...
we donators are more beta testers...we pay and help testing so that all the leechers can get bugfree stuff for free...lol

People like you make me NOT want to provide support.
I'm out of town, decided I'd check both websites to see if there were any simple problems I could help people with, and one of the first thing I see is your post.
I have over 500 posts on this forum, pretty much ALL of which are providing support to people that HAVE NOT donated. There's also a section on our website to post issues with the profiles and get help, that does not require donator status...
So basicially: feel free to keep running your mouth, all it does is make you look like an ignorant douche.

Don't leave out the fact you left partly/mostly because of money then.
Every post that you post why you left talk nothing about it. It makes you sound like an altruists.

The fact is if your left for support then why is the lastest act 3 profiles unavilable for non-suscribers for almost a week now?

Don't give me the bullshit about testing it, you can still beta release it and you know most people don't have a problem with the new release.

I'm very thankful for what you are doing but im just saying be a man and admit you left partly because of money. Which i completely understand but your posts are implying you left because you are an altruistic saint..

And the fact that you don't want to provide support because people like me highlight the truth just makes things worse.

We work hard on our profiles. this week I've spent about 18 hours testing, improving and banging my head against the wall that is DB random dungeon exploration because I like writing profiles, and the PM's/posts you read once in a while saying "thanks, this is really good" are good to get now and then. (I'm also stubborn and want to make it work the way I'd like it to and won't give up till it does)

I sure as hell don't do this for money. If I spent 18 hours in my real job and got my standard rate for that time it would dwarf all the money I have made from selling items on the AH.

Having said all that donations are great! - It's really cool to know that people who use your stuff, and stuff that the team have made like it enough to send us real cash monies. Our website exists so that we have a better site to distribute things we make that we can control a lot better. The forums here are great, we're not trying to replace them at all, just adding extra resources that cost you about 90 seconds of time to subscribe so you can read and post there.

We want to give perks to people who donate to us because we appreciate donations. One of the perks is getting a week or so prerelease before we post new profiles up for public release. The prerelease stuff is by no means perfect, it's the level that we'd post stuff up on private Gits to test amongst ourselves before we'd posted it here, but hey people like to get to play with things before release so why not.

People who make posts like yours actually tend to make us want to quit doing this stuff for free. All of our profiles are released for free. All of our plugins are released for free. We ask that people register to our forum to get the latest stuff(which is free), and everything we've written gets to the DB forum shortly after. There is no 'monthly subscription fee' people can donate as much or as little as they like to ciggarc. People have posted donation links in signatures for profiles and other stuff they've made for all of the buddy bots since they started. This isn't all that different.

We are all DB users just like you are. We actively want to make DB better and we spent a lot of our time collectively making plugins and profiles for anyone who wants to use. Because we are all DB users none of us have "left". We still read and post here. Some of the team prefer to read and post more often on our forum than here but that does not equal "left"

Pretty sure the flat rate for your site's subscription is 10 dollars and lets not kid ourselves, if anyones going to donate for a profile maker at the moment it'll be to you guys over a fan released profile on your site. But hey its good work

One thing: Don't use the whole "makes us want to quit because what you said is bad" thing, thats just hanging a noose around our neck to not voice bad stuff. Take giles' approach, he just only started accepting donations and keeps it at that - donations. But once again I guess its up to you guys how you run your boat but that whole thing I just mentioned about making you guys want to quit cause of criticism just isn't nice :(

Thats the automated system on the ciggarc boards. You can use the donation links here to send us less than $10 if you want to. Noone has to donate anything at all.

We can handle criticism. Actually criticism is good to hear as it helps us do stuff better. People ranting and talking rubbish about what we do isn't quite the same though. Ghibli claimed that we'd left the forums, in a reply to a post ON the forum by someone he said had left. He claimed that we had a monthly $10 subscription to get the latest releases. We don't. Also claimed to be "highlighting the truth" which is not the case either.

It's posts that talk shit about us, abusive posts, posts that claim we've left and are only in it for the money that make us think why do we bother. Criticism is fine.

You're fucking retarded. Plain and simple. We have, over and over and over again, stated that donations are voluntary and not required. If you have a problem with the fact that our forums say "Subscription" for 365 days of access to a donator forum, then don't donate. Another thing that will prove you're a fucking idiot, is the fact that if you even TRIED to donate using the recurring option, it will return an error and cancel the donation.

You need to research before you open your dumbass thoughts upon the already intellectually barren DB community (And when I say this, I'm refering to people such as yourself Ghibli).

If we've "threatened" to stop support on something, it's because it's fixed by a simple search and you looking into things before asking. Then again, I guess you bitch because Microsoft stops supporting older OS, or maybe a better analogy suited for you, would be that you whine because your mother doesn't breastfeed you anymore, and you still don't get that tit.

If you wanna troll someone, pick people who don't fatten your pockets while expecting nothing in return. Proof of this, is that you've been able to use CIGGARC profiles and access ciggarc.com, free to register, and free access to download any publicly available profile which are updated, more often than not.
