So... tried buying it today myself only to have my CC declined.. follow the "support" instructions and have my ticket closed as "resolved" with NO feedback at all.. just straight up closes the ticket.
Could have at least copy pasted in some kind of generic, "This is a known issue, please try again in a day or so".. or a "We will contact you when purchasing is available again"..
but nothing.. zip.. just close the ticket.. so I'm forced to go forum trolling to find out the reason.
I'd think this would be the the highest priority for them. They're losing lots of sales here. I put in a ticket myself and 2 days later I received the reply:
"Greetings,
you'll be able to deposit a payment if your Credit or Debit Card has an 3d secure code authentication,
so please just try to order the product again.
Best Regards"
