I have written support and have not heard back from them in 24 hrs. I still cannot buy/use the buddy
 
why is there no paypal in archebuddy while hearthbuddy is ok?
 
Already written to support last week and another around Tueday this week. Told me to wait a day or two because of your payment provider issues but still nothing.. How long is it going to take to fix?
 
I'm going on near a 4 days without a resolution for the payouts problem. Have contacted support and they got back to me the day after to white list the payment, but that as 2 days ago. Still unable to place a payment.

Hope its fixed soon!
 
Guys, Hawker and Bossland working on this problem, but there is no ETA. Sorry for this.
They will fix this as soon as possible
 
Just wondering why they couldn't offer a temporary solution while the issue is being resolved and manually issue licenses? Such as open a support request, they provide you with the associated PayPal account to send them money through manually, and once they receive it, they can attach the license accordingly so they still have a temporary solution while they get the payment provider figured out. I know we have lives outside of this but I figure this suggestions might make it a little easier than dealing with us. :)
 
This sucks have my month sub just ran out and I can't renew both credit cards I tried didn't work. Please figure something out.
 
So... tried buying it today myself only to have my CC declined.. follow the "support" instructions and have my ticket closed as "resolved" with NO feedback at all.. just straight up closes the ticket.

Could have at least copy pasted in some kind of generic, "This is a known issue, please try again in a day or so".. or a "We will contact you when purchasing is available again"..

but nothing.. zip.. just close the ticket.. so I'm forced to go forum trolling to find out the reason.

My ticket was also closed without a response; anyone have an eta on this considering it's now been like a week since people haven't been able to purchase license's?
 
If we were a paying customer who can't repurchase due to credit card issues and no paypal. Can we get a temporary key until payment issues are fixed?
 
Everyone needs to realize that whats going on it most likely for our safety. I highly doubt they are not working hard to resolve an issue that is preventing them from receiving payments. If you all wait patiently im sure it will be fixed as soon as humanly possible. Nobody wants to hear you cry about how you cant buy with paypal or your credit card anymore. Let them do their job and be patient. They will tell us the second the payment is available again so they can continue to make money

This is your chance to actually play the game? You all sound like a bunch of cry babies. Posting here isnt expediting the process by any means. Let them do their job
