Before the last update i had no problem, i could have other games open and it were running without problems.

new update really broke bot logic for spell card usage.

Enemy has board full of 3+ 2-4 health minions.

Priest bot refuses to play 2 holy novas.

Priest bot refuses to buff northshire cleric with power word shield .


Bot consistently heals allied unites before dropping a northshire cleric in its hand to get the card draw.


Reverted back to .76 till next update.

In the most recent version, a new bug has been introduced with dark iron dwarf. It tries to drop it, but then it gets sent back to the hand and the bot does this over and over again.

.78 has an issue with the Hunter's hero power (Steady Shot) and lethal damage. It will attempt to spam the hero power until the turn is over. Don't know if it's still an issue in .79 (haven't updated due to other issues posted above).

and then it got frozen en out of sync and the bot doesend react anymore

then hearthstone keeps getting frozen and does nothing i cant bot even longer for 6 hours or i get this message all times do u know how to fix this?

All of the good players are working their way through the low ranks. The bot doesn't stand a chance since the ladder was just reset.

Even so, the AI seems really off to me since the new patch. The bot never did things like this before this patch for me:

Something happened I agree. Bot does a lot of strange plays that I've seen gone for a long time. Now it's like they'r back.

This is not a great example but it didn't happened before: turn 4, enemy has empty board, bot have Loot hoarder, coin, water elemental and arcane intellect. Instead of playing water elemental he chooses to play Loot hoarder and fireblast enemy face. Why?

I think I may have found a reason. It seems with the newest release the bot targets whereever your mouse is. If you put your mouse outside the game it will not play at all. If you hover your mouse over something in game it seems to target that. So if your mouse is over your own minion it might fireblast your own minion.

I experienced the same yesterday and didn't understand it. The bot tried to play Ragnaros but failed all the time, now it makes sense... the mouse pointed somewhere outside the game.

This is a major problem.

I can't say for sure. All i recognized is, that i had a feeling that the playstyle looked kind a strange. The bot tried to place cards always straight to the right corner of the board. (Red arrow point straight to the right).

I'll keep an eye on it and play arround with it, if it is really influenced by the location of the mouse.

I bought this bot recently and I'm really disappointed with it, actually all the recent buddy products i've tested are really performing really bad compared to the good old HonorBuddy.

It really needs to think about all the permutations and choose the best outcome it looks like it just looks at the cards you have, not the cards the opponent has, or the minions you have on the board against minions on his board, it doesn't drop valuable cards such as Water Elemental, Yeti's, Azure Drakes, Harvest Golems. It uses a lot of spells on face when you are still far from lethal. Enemy has 1 creature with 2 hp on the board and the bot prefers to Fireblast face instead of Fireblasting it so the next turn the bot kills with another Fireblast.

As I am speaking I am testing another hearthstone bot which has the same sale price as this one and it performs like a boss, plays smart and efficient, does good trades.

You do understand that hearthbuddy, unlike honorbuddy, is still in BETA and is therefore to be considered unfinished?

From my point of view, the bot runs pretty good and most important extremly stable.

I can do all daily quests with it, i got multiple golden portraits already and i reach max gold income every day. I have gathered far beyond enough gold to be able to purchase any of the upcoming naxx wings with gold, instead of having to spend money. I am quite happy with it.
As stated multiple times, if you are unhappy with win/lose ratio or how certain cards are played, feel free to code your own custom deck.

If you think another bot works better, fine, no one will ask you to stay. But as you are an previous buddybot user you should know, that this team here has proven knowledge and skill over and over again, especially towards Blizzard games. If you are willing to give functionality a higher priority then security, well, it is your account, feel free to do with it what you want. But keep the following in mind, being greedy no matter in which case, doesn't regular end well. I don't want to say, that there can't be another good developer team, of course there are other excellent developers too, but switching to another bot, only because it is currently better is a high risk.
All i say is, there is a reason why the buddyteam successfully exists for so many years now.

Even if someone comes up and calls me fanboy again, if have to clearly state this:

Keep in mind that this isn't a small "hello world" or stupid calculator you write down in the afternoon, sitting on the couch while watching tv. This is a project that needs its time. Also keep in mind that we don't have a big team working on it, it is mostly only Hankerspace.
