This map isn't even in regular rotation is it? Or is that the prokhorovka on fire map?
It is in the rotation.
I can only give you the german name: its "Feuriger Boden" maybe its "Burned Ground" or some?!?
At least its the same map as 05_prohorovka but the are some more details on it, like destroyed tanks and airplanes.

Edit: Funnily enough, this should navigate properly. I'll have to investigate this one further.
Edit 2 - We've managed to trace down the bug and have uploaded the fix to one of the servers. I expect the fix to be rolled out to both servers tomorrow, and the map should be fully functional again. Thanks for reporting!
