I haven't read much about the RMAH because I know that, in my country, blizzard doesn't let you withdraw the funds, but if you can farm stuff on single player games without bothering anyone, and sell it on the AH, with them getting a 15% cut, I highly doubt they will care.

Wrong class? Lulz all classes in this game are ez mode on normal difficulty.
At least when playing with others (friends not randoms)
I still can't wait for the bot though just for personal gain. (busy guy)

Sure you can just be a 60 with decent gear and farm act 1 for easy gold is my guess

I am currently level 44 and the mobs drop around 250 Gold. Idk where on gods green earth the number 2k per mob came up. But it is REALLY easy to get 100k by 60. I have about 85k and I have spent about 245k lvling artisans. Playing with a friend right now, just decided to look on the forums for update on DB. Overall Nightmare is just more HP per mob. Nothing too outlandish, scales well with the gear.
