Blizz will be charging $1 for armor/weapons and 15% for commidates like crafting mats, pots, gems etc just to list the item on the rmah. IF YOUR ITEM SELLS THEY TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 15% of the sale as a cut.

In another words blizz will be making tons of money off of this.

Also you can only have 10 auctions up at a single time.

If i start with an account balance of 0.00$ how will they take the first 15% for the listing?

Let's say i wanna sell something for 50$, so they will take 7,5$ just for listing that item. Do i have negative account balance then?

Or do i have to transfer money to my battle.net account first?

the 15% is taken upon sale. Also the real money AH isnt available yet. not for another week at least. And unless the item is uber high level rares, dont expect them to go for more than a couple dollars.
