Don't let Blizzard get away with suing, because they think they have the right to dictate how i chose to play the game i bought.
 
+1 Don't want to live in a world, where companies can control what software/code people can release
 
I agree. If human beings did not bot, ever, then there would not be an industrial revolution.

maybe they let us without any update to ban all accounts easy
 
I'm confused though, when I was using HB, when the whole ordeal went down I dont think the bot was shut off (or for very long) and it still hasnt until the final decision.. right? So how is this situation with DB allowing them to shut you off before the case is decided?

Maybe if they made games that were fun to play that didn't involved hours of mindless tedium then we wouldn't need bots.

It's the age old problem where big business wants to keep the status quo then try to evolve to meeting the wants and desires of the consumers.
 
If they didn't create games that required hours of mindless tedium, you wouldn't spend years playing the game. If wow didn't have said tedium, the game wouldn't have made it past the first expansion.

Strange, the most successful game in the history "Chess" is not a mindless tedium and is played in world class tourney's by bots.

For every farming game a bot is required to keep the bulk of the ppl to continue playing

I for one sure as fuck wouldnt play this shit game if i couldnt bot anymore

Even when the bot is not running smooth and you have to constantly monitor his action, the scripting and learning curve to it really compensated for this mundane - game experience.

If botting wouldn't be possible anymore i would not keep playing either. I only bot because Diablo is so repetitive and boring in the first place.

Really looking forward to play Eternal Lineage in 2013!
