It got a little update, it went from doing nothing to Active follower bug. I think they're still working on it.

Garrisonbuddy used to work fine until a couple weeks ago for me.

Now it does not mine the nodes and it does not open the salvage boxes.

Please fix this issue.

GB isn't opening mine/herb/garrison caches. I had to disable mine/herb work orders and if I don't manually collect the garrison cache it tends to have problems. Posted same error in discord support:

I am also getting strange behavior from this bot; which sucks a lot since I am still doing Garrison Activities on my Level 110 Alts for resources in order to level other professions and having to manually do these activities is a real pain in the A-hole and a complete waste of time. Please can you fix this bot or remove it completely. It was such a nice tool when it was working fine. Now this half baked solution adds no value to your product except frustration.

There has been a poll about the future of Garrisonbuddy, several months ago. AFAIR 2/3 of the poll was pro Garrisonbuddy, but it has been removed though. AFAIK the only problem with Garrisonbuddy was, that HB3 could not navigate inside garrison...
