BM Hunter DPS Comparison

For your tests, what were you using for the focus amount, for 'Arcane Shot when Focus Above'?

You mean your product key?
Go to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and register an account with the SAME credentials(username and email I think) as your main. I think it automatically links the accounts, I cannot recall me doing something extra. From there you can kill your session and you won't have to wait those 5-10 mins.

This is a VERY welcome change, I think it is mandatory to have a "barebones" attitude on PvE! Looking forward to it!
 
I personally get more dps out of Soapbox's profile than taunha's. Curious to see what your settings were.
 
Would love to see how Rev 293 compares with and w/o framelock now that TuanHA added framelock support :)
 
This is my DPS test last night, hunter 550 GS reforged and enchanted no buffs other than my own. DPS test was 30mil damage on single raid dummy.

BM
Pure: 172k first run 162k second
Pasterke: 149k first 148k second (Hunter Survival-Beastmastery patch 5.4.0 ready)
TuanHA free version: 178k first 173k second

Surv

Pure: 176k
Pasterke: 160k(Hunter Survival-Beastmastery patch 5.4.0 ready)
TuanHA free version: 179k

I will be curious to see if you get the same numbers as I do. I have no clue how I rank for raiding.
 
Updated bullseye to use Rabid and not use Focus Fire while BW is up.

Please test the updated one for BM :)
 
You need to change the PQR profile you are using. Soapbox is fine (arguably better / best) for SV but fairly poor for BM. The best PQR profile for BM is Kickmydog. By a long way. And from my own frequent testing (as in each time someone updates I test against KMD), it will out perform all the others.

Tuanha is absolutely the best for PVP. It's actaully getting kinda super-human good and I am turning stuff off to make it look more real.


Probably worth mentioning I am using the paid / premium versions of all of the CRs / Profiles (if available). Funnily enough, KMD is totally free.

I'm hitting top 5 world ranks on world of logs with Soapbox. I don't like KMD because it's barely automated. I have to do macros for so many things I don't want to bother with it.

If CodeMyLife updates their hunter profiles (free) they will be a nice competitor. They were solid in 5.3.

I've used KMD for ages and I can't think of any time it's not been totally automated. You sure you're thinking of the right one?
 
Hey are you using Tuan Ha profiles? or not because the hb is not stable at the moment, i bought tuan ha special edition and to be honest i am not seeing a diffrence, or maybe because im 517? or maybe its the gear, im doing 120k on raids usually, any ways can you send me some pic of your tuan ha configuration?

I don't like having to manually use buttons for my major CDs (right shift or w/e for KMD) when I'm botting.

I agree. I could probably add these into KMD to help automate, especially with the new tier bonuses, constantly having to hit a button for rapid fire is annoying. On the same hand I also don't want to pay for a pqr profile when I've already paid for honorbuddy. Lol

The KMD BM profile has been good to me, but not doing as well as I'd hop vs what I was used to coming from things like the Beast Master CC or the very latest revisions of tuanha's. The KMD SV profile seems to not be as good as BM, especially when it comes to arcane spamming now that I have the T16 bonuses.

I didn't actually "look" at it haha. This doesn't make any sense though, because PQR was not using multishot at all (doesnt even show up there). And I dont thing my pet was in range enough to hit the nearby dummies (using the first boss dummy in Shrine).

Just re-ran HB with PureRotation to see if this happened with a different CR, but it doesn't seem to. Thanks for pointing this out, going to re-run Soapy's PQR CR to see if I can understand what's going on.

Apparently I had AoE mode on but I didn't notice. When I do these DPS tests I am doing other things (watching youtube, playing a game on my phone, etc...) and only check occasionally on the in-game timer, I guess I didn't look whenever a multishot was going out. Sorry for the mistake but thanks for pointing it out. I will run another test right now, will update here when I finish.
