Blizzard Has Sued Us

They're not just a "few botmakers", they're a legal company set up in Germany, following Germany's laws. Blizzard's suing them in Germany, and the law there is different from US and that is why they can stand up to them.

I could only find three threads that's in English and is regarding the court case, the rest are all in german including the court documents.

You'd see that they have already been prepared for the lawsuit before it hit.. and it's kinda funny how Blizzard's legal guy approached them, lol.
 
to be honest honorbuddy is so close to Glider PPather it you real call it it's the best ever made not like shitty wowmimic and other shitty bots, but I since we lose glider+ppather i'm really concern about losing buddy too, hope they will not sue us and make this project lost keep on fighting buddy we are with ya
 
If Honor Buddy loses this case, I will cancel my WoW account (along with half of Blizzard's subscribers).. Blizzard will lose in the long run!

same here but i think they going tof ight it til the end and that it can take up some years i wil go back to shooting games if this happns

Will Blizzard ever get my details ? No, they did not even ask. But even if, still no.
Will Honorbuddy stop working ? No, until the case is finally closed. And we do not plan to stop until we reach BGH.

I would actually love to see wow without any bots for like a month. Imagine, how server economies would react.
 
Yes, from all the questing, gathering, and grinding that bots do, they actually drastically improve the economy. WoW without bots is extremely pricey. As you saw at the beginning of MoP, no bots were running, making prices of ore and herbs extremely pricey.
 
I was thinking of buying the bot but stumbling upon this thread i would like to know how the state of the lawsuit is and if it is still a good option to buy the bot now?
 
well i was more thinking of the fact that i wouldnt want to buy the bot and then see it shut down next week :)
 
Of Course, the bot works better than ever, Bossland puts loads of efford into the Software!
Plus: 20? are not much, and at least they can help Bossland through the law case! (It costs even less than you pay Blizz for 2 months playtime)
And they (Blizzard) are trampling on your virtual goods, by removing spells, changing abilities, and turning whole class mechanics upside down. Allthoug it ist "your's" because you paid real money for it, and you played for ages to level and to learn the char's abilities, and payed virtual Gold for the several teachers and spells, just as they wish, without asking anyone!

I always put it this way: what if you are going to buy a new Car, let's say a Minivan for your family. What were your opinion if the Car Dealer or Manufacturer decides a Minivan ist to imbalanced because it can load more than others, and they come to you garage and change it for a station Wwagon, without asking you, in order to balance loadvolume for all roadusers? Nice Idea ?

If you complain, as i did several times, the only answer is: We have to do it, and you accepted our rules by clicking EULA after every patch, which you have to, because otherwise the game won't start.

As you saw in earlier days during Burnig Crusade. Or did you hav e the 5000g to buy "Epic flight"? There were loads of Chars which reached Level 70, but could not afford the trainig, and so they farmed for months with the slow Flying Mount, to raise the Money!

Wow just wow that was quite a read do you also do alien abduction stories and government conspiracies?
You can't compare buying a minivan to buying wow, its apple and oranges, chalk and cheese!
People have to realise you don't own your account you just pay for access to it, if you really hate it you can always go run your own server or make your own game.

Otherwise yeah all these people panicking about Blizzard rolling around "shutting down" bots are just idiots, as long as demand is there for a bot there will always be bots.
