Blizz is just pissed off because they are unable to detect us, So they resort to a lawsuit, They are under the impression that US Copyright Laws apply in Germany, I Think They will find out that they do not

i think they dont care because 14 million in the game 500k gone of we botters but i stil play they game on my main it seems blizzard doesend care about those 500k botters. i think blizzard know they losing because you got alot of haters they think *****ing is really bad but it isnt its just of those gold sellers that we now in trouble. blizzard doesend care about botters
 
Well, if the German legal system isn't going to be swayed by the fucked up american tossers who try to enforce their ridiculous laws on other nations I'll be impressed. The RIAA and MPAA seem to get wonders right in other countries with their copyright and DMCA infringment crap. Hopefully the Germans can and will tell them where to shove it. I'd hate to see another good thing go down because of the country not standing up for their citizens and caving in to american bureaucracy.

It's really splitting hairs, but WoW has no where near 14 million subscribers. The last report had them at 11.4 million. Which is still an astronomical amount of people to play a single game - but I'd be willing to bet a months salary that there are 1 million or more botters - maybe not individuals, but total bots.

Its a awesome programm and I love this fcking BOT I will not play without him ...
WoW its too time Intensive for me I only can play because HB and GB...
 
Have you guys seen Blizzards Suit yet? Do you guys know what your up against yet?

So... my question is how many people has Blizzard sent to this site out to read up on this out of curiousity - and now contemplating purchasing (well... renting since lifetime isn't being offered) bots? I'm thinking that in the short run, this may very likely increase HB 'sales'.

At least in the short run, I think this will basically blow up in their face a bit. Sending more customers over here when we read about the lawsuit on other sites.
 
Berne convention is a international aggreement governing copyright..... What you say is before the berne convention. If berne convention doesnt apply how are they being sued

Either way the law suit will be about something else other than a copyright.

and to all you facks out there .. just as honor buddy chose Germany as home for their company, Blizzard chose America.

I don't like that you removed the ability to buy new lifetime memberships......I was just about to buy another lifetime account can't see using keys on top of lifetime...please bring that back!:(
 
I just gotta lol! Seriously lol!! All the dudes (and mebbe dudettes heh) worried about the money they spent on the bot . Man. If you guys are that worried why did you take the risk in the first place? Better off with one hand grinded account.
I myself have a life time and couldn't care less about the $$. I knew going in I could lose the money but felt the Bot owner and Dev's deserved me putting something back in for their efforts. So stop worrying about money you have already spent and enjoy what we have for however long we have it for :)
