Blizzard Has Sued Us

After reading through all the pages I still have one unanswered question.

Why are you willing to offer 1 year keys but not lifetime? Why have you stopped offering lifetime accounts is what I want to know. Is it because you dont know when the bot will be shut down? Then why offer a 1 year account? I just dont understand the overall logic of the "no more lifetime" ordeal. Or is it so you can make as much cash as you want before this whole thing gets swept right out from underneath you?

Or for some reason do you believe or know it will be atleast 1 year before it gets shut down? Help me out here I am confused on why 1 year is offered but not lifetime and why the price of the 1 year is about that or more of what I paid for lifetime.

I have been a solid supporter of HB since day one when I bought my account but when questions like these go unanswered I get suspicious thoughts from every angle.
 
lifetime was a bad move for boss in the first place, I had a feeling it was going to go bye bye before this ever happend.
 
Right even if he links me to the legal thread that was made today that still does not answer why the price was jacked up %100. In times like these, this is where we find out if its all for the money or if customers really mean anything at all.

I certainly haven't lost my money.. On day 1 i bought 2 lifetimes.. .. made $10,000 from it since.. I think it more then justifies what I spent.. This product has been amazing.. and will be until it shuts.. I'm thoroughly satisfied that my investment has been worth it... even if it was shut down today =]
 
People need to understand that the term "lifetime" did not mean YOUR lifetime but rather the lifetime of the bot. You got exactly what you paid for because you will have a subscription for the entire lifetime of Honorbuddy; if it ends a month from now, a year from now or a few years from now. That will be ITS lifetime.
 
Best of luck to honorbuddy team, I really like your bot, but if it does go down I already know someone programming a new bot that has all the features of honorbuddy and he's working on getting even more of them, so no worries!
 
Wow this truly terrible news. I cant imagine playing this game by hand with this many accounts id most likely terminate them. Hell I dont even think I would play my main account by hand without hb.
And everyone is all Star wars YAAAA..
Ya I cant stand star wars. Any of it never the less a mmo. And there are no mmo alternatives...
Super sorry to hear this and sorry this is happening to you all, I hope they dont eat too much into your profits for all of your hard work.
I am wondering though,when can a timeline be established on the lifetime of Hb?
 
Didn't EU-copyright laws change some time ago and this is why Blizz made this approach.

Rest assured Blizz knows what they are doing and unfortunately we must expect an outcome not in our favor.

Blizz won't file a lawsuit unless they think the have something waterproof.

Been banned twice on my main account(both reversed). This is like the ultimate ban. Feel your pain guys.

Dude. calm down. lol. dont get suspicious. Its simple. do they do it for the money or for us botters? The answer is both. They got to make thier money just like everyone else. and if we wanted updated bots and new features. well. they need the money to help them be able to do this for a living. Does this mean that we mean nothing to them? heck no. HB has become a large family. im sure they do it "for us" as well. But your talkin "every angle" look at it from thier angle. The need to live just like the rest of us.
 
BTW.....

/wave at all the Blizzard employees who are reading this topic. You may succeed in shutting HB down, and you may not, but whatever happens, you will NOT shut down the botting community, we are here to stay. We are not scared of you, it is you who are scared of us and that shows by your attempt to sue HB.

Wether we use this product, or a different one, we're going to to be active. It is YOU who created the botting community by creating a game that demands so much of our time to do simple tasks like collect materials for professions or grind honor for hours and hours and days and weeks.

You may win in court, but you will not win in the long run - we're going nowhere and you'd better get used to that fact.

For those who bought Lifetime, do we get to keep it or are we all of a sudden downgraded to the 365 day one?

dam its in the first 5 posts of the thread and on every page, sometimes twice on every page in this thread.
