Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. filed an interim injunction to stop sales of DB [Update]

Is it correct to say that using local nav would take the risk away of that injunction from the buddy team? If so, will you still plan on pushing out the local nav for us members? :D

Since they can't sell it or distribute it, I am under the impression they can't push updates? But that isn't mentioned, so I assume Bosslands took precaution and took servers down until he can clarify with lawyers?

Seriously, i dont get all the whining going on in here.
I'm using Demonbuddy since the release date, and before that, i might have heard "Honorbuddy" or anything with "buddy" in it like 1 time in the past (yeah i know, i wasn't a great WoW fan so excuse me...).

Everybody knows that DB wasn't great when it was released, but what did you expect.
Within 1 week, the Buddy-team managed to get it going on, and at this time of speaking, i already botted a DH from 1-60 (fully afk, not in 1 session tho) and my monk is about to reach 60.

Just trust the buddy team. If, somehow, Demonbuddy has to shut everything down, then they'll find another way around. I wouldn't doubt that.
In my opinion: even if i lose it or not, the 20$ is/was already worth it.

Playing the story mode freaking 12 times to get 3 characters where you want em? F*ck no Blizzard, i'll use DB instead...

Yep, you're right and the slowness of the courts sucks. I'm just saying that if this takes more then 3 weeks/a month, blizz basically won, and blizz knows this ofc.

Your lawyer needs to do EVERYTHING in his power to make this go away as fast as possible. The longer this take, the more people will refund. (some ppl will come back IF you win afterwards but not all, and it won't be the same)

I hope you win next week and i hope the injunction will be lifted when you win.

We are waiting on a second lawyers opinion, and we will make sure that i do not break the rules of the court order, which is the most important thing right now.
 
what happened with glider??? i heard the guy who made it got 20 years in guantanamo bay

you cant beat blizzard they have lawyers in us govertment , obama is their puppet

We have updated the bot - legally we can't distribute it.

Grats guys, you have to be overly impressed with your work. When every other company just gets hit with ban waves over and over, your products (except for Ryftomyte) need lawyers and lawsuits. I already seen this coming with the current state of HonorBuddy but gladly bought it to help support the cause. I hope for the best of course, but either way do not mind contributing my $$ to the work of fighting Blizz in a whole.
 
I am not exactly sure how injunctions work in Germany, but assuming is similar to the US, everything is in the courts hands right now.

I wish you guys the best, it speaks volumes about the fear Blizzard has towards the DB product that the only recourse is legal action.

Congratulations on forcing Blizzard to spend some of my money I paid them to the asshat lawyers they hired to stop you.
