Yes u'll get a refund as stated by bossland. And what I'd like to know is: why is it that the nav-server is down if you only got the infringement on selling and distributing the bot?
 
i think now it`s not reliable using this bot.. if they don`t update the bot we will be all with same version.. then they can catch us...

If you win the hearing next week, does that mean you have "defeated" the motion and can sell demonbuddy again/putting the nav online again? Cos i guess most people here can wait a week. But if you need to wait untill the end of the trial.. That can take a year..

I might be wrong. but it says they cant sell and support it. not that they can't release new versions? but who knows, that's a slippery slope.

Glider was US based. US courts bend over like whores.
Buddy Products are German based. Deutschland courts don't GAF who has more "power".
They are not easily influenced in that way. The little guy actually has a chance, and a good one at that.

Why is everyone hating on blizzard??

They have every right to sue.

Botting is against the agreed ToS and EULA and causing severe imbalance to the in-game economy.

They are just doing their job.

Yes, but DB crew states that to use the program is against the ToS so it should not be their fault
 
You have to see it like this: Getting sued by Blizzard is like being rewarded with the academy award ;)
And in this case we have here it the second award they won!

=)
 
Quick question, those of us who already bought ourselves DB, will be unable to use it anyway?
