Just clarifying. Local nav is what people have been whining about, and it's not going to happen. Caching is entirely different. Trying to stop the spread of misinformation.

That is arguing semantics. It's like me saying: no no, you are not a jackass. You are a jerk.

The nav would be improved because it would work locally and the server would be there to provide updates and changes as needed.

No it's not. at all. There's a billion threads about we need local nav waaa waa etc. It's a distinctly different thing.
 
Lol this is kinda funny. Shitty timing too! Gotta give Blizzard credit; they play a tough game.

So looks like HB & IB are dead for a while.

just bought the bot 2 days ago worked very well :(
hope db is back soon, fuck blizzard
they fucked the game up so hard i dont even care about it without the bot ..
