Is there no way to appeal it higher if the judge upholds it?
 
Of course there is! OLG and after that BFG. And it won't be the first time the a higher instance overrule the decision from the LG Hamburg :D

Not from Germany so I don't know what the laws are on this and as interesting as it might be...it has nothing to do with anatomy so I could care less overall. :D
 
I'll bet money that they did this to test what the load differences are on their servers without mass people botting. Probably for cost analysis. It won't hold up, but it gives them time to do some number crunching for the best path to take.

Yeah this part is what I want to see the most.

"Its an emergency do to the fact the RMAH isnt bringing in the real money we thought and some people on the board/VP's will get fired for this bad ideal."

man o man.... hope blizzard didnt tighten up their terms from loosing the WoW battle... we will have to wait it out and see
 
Best of luck hope it goes well. "The rich get richer and the poor get poorer" blizz need too sit back and let the little guy move a little.
 
If you guys are not able to continue doing this. Will i be able to get a refund? I paid for lifetime membership barely having it over a week is lame.

I'm not a big forum poster, but I want to express myself.

I have used these bots for a while. I eventually purchased a 3x lifetime session. The support on these forums, the user community providing profiles freely and generously, and the general positive experience between members has made this one of the best experiences in my gaming career. I want to thank the people who makes and update these bots. I want to thank the user community for being excited about sharing their work. You guys are awesome and I know I've gotten from your work much more worth than I paid.

In these upcoming legal hearings I know there is probably nothing we as a community can do. Still, I honestly pray for you guys to do well. You aren't destroying the games for which you create bots. You aren't making money hand over fist off anyone else's work. What you are doing is providing another approach to playing a fairly tedious game. You are creating a community of kind, generous, like-minded people who help each other learn, and in the vein of learning educating people like me (in a very elementary manner) how programing and software works.

There are people who will ask for a refund. I understand if this is their first experience with you guys. However, I hope this doesn't get you guys down. Those of us that know you (your work) know that you are worth waiting for, that you always come through if it is physically possible, and that you will keep fighting for this community and your rights as a company. Blessings to you guys.

Meine besten W?nsche, dass das Urteil zu euren Gunsten ausgehen wird. Ich hatte diese Woche geplant gehabt, den Bot zu kaufen.
Die einstweilige Verf?gung zeigt auch, welch Meisterwerk der Programmierkunst ihr geschaffen habt, denn sonst w?re der Bot durch Warden einfach nur gebannt worden, anstatt ihn per Gericht zu verbieten.

Ich hoffe, das Angebot der Sessionverdoppelung gilt auch f?r potentielle K?ufer, denen jetzt das Urteil in die Quere kam?
