Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. filed an interim injunction to stop sales of DB [Update]

Hey Bossland, i wanted to buy the lifetime 3 sessions moments ago then when i checked the Buy page it was no longer available. Are you still extending the discount to us if all goes well in favor of DB? How can we stick with you if there's no Buy or Reserve options right now?

First off, they said before they are not extending the discount it was only to the 17th, and now we must wait, so you cannot buy until this court thing is all figured out

Just need to know if its possible to hit esc 9i know you can pause the bot at this point) AND open a new D3, hmm, I guess also open a new DB, attaching itself to the new D3 and closing out of the old D3 and DB. O.O got more complicated as I typed it out.

jungs, versucht nicht ?pfel mit birnen zu vergleichen, das eine hat mit dem andren nix zu tun. genausowenig wird sich das auf hb2 auswirken. M?ndliche Anh?rung abwarten, das wird erstmal ein paar Tage dauern, wenn der Einspruch nix bringt gehts ne instanz h?her. wenn das olg den einspruch nich genehmigt wird die verf?gung f?r 6 monate bestand haben. aber ihr k?nnt euch sicher sein, dass bosslands juristisch sehr gut aufgestellt ist. Es bleibt uns nur die Daumen zu dr?cken und abzuwarten. David gegen Goliath mal wieder...
und die presse wird es als "schlag gegen die botter" wenn ?berhaupt verbuchen.
 
so doubling our session means i have a 1 session lifetime right now...will i get 2 session then?

anyway i hope this settle fast and smooth since this new patch hitting the server and we will be ill behind without getting our hands in farming new inferno loots

well imho i think blizz's warden cant detect DB so the best way for them is to sue DB instead..
 
So Bossland would be offering us 6 session lifetime with 33% discount for the price of 3 sessions lifetime if all goes well? Wondering when can i check back on the purchase and i guess you cant tell anyway. I hope the bot can get back to work soon for everyone whose waiting out there.
 
im lovin these kids on the diablo 3 forums bein all siked, thinkin that DB will be shut down. ha :D

Bossland must win. But the reason I want this is not so that I can continue botting for profit but because the team are real people with families to support. Facing a huge fine anf potential jail time. Think about that before you complain about the bot being down for a few days or weeks whatever.

I hope you will all support these people who have brought us all revolutionary products and not rush for a refund.
 
Did you guys from Bossland got any further details on the legal basis of this interim injunction? I would be interested in it and maybe some other guys here too.

In my understanding it is not prohibited in germany to build and distribute a software that automates processes. AutoIt - AutoItScript will be the best example.

hast das jetzt das der bot erst mal nicht gehen wird und wieso bekommt man sein produkt was man gekauft hatt verdoppelt und wie ?

Best wishes - hope it will turn out to be an "early look" on how the German courts will rule in regards to your right to sell your product.

(and just in case you can keep my refund and put some lads back to work on Dungeonbuddy)
