Woah the haters, I don't mind waiting I just needed clarification. There is alot of info in this thread but wasn't clear to me.
Good luck Bossland :).

I feel that the DB crew will honestly come out stronger than ever after this court hearing. they said that they would, but i believe that this pissed them off alotttttttttt. So everyone should definitely just stick with the DB crew and stop rambling about refunds.

Kannst vergessen.

Since Blizzard apparently already broke consumer laws in Germany by not making clear on the box that a permanent digital connection was required and that resale of the item would not be possible, I don't think they can at the same time expect that their non-legally-enforcable EULA/TOS, which only pop up AFTER you've already bought the product anyway (not beforehand as required in Germany and most European countries) can be applied. And thus the sale or distribution of software that can automate use of that software cannot be breaking or infringing on any German or International laws.

I'm NOT a lawyer or pretending to be an internet lawyer - I'm just trying to apply a little apparent common sense to the situation (though I do know common sense can often fall over horribly in the face of law, especially law that isn't capable of handling the intricacies of the modern digital age!).

Third time asking, hopefully an answer this time :D

I have 2 questions to justify a reason to stay around.

1. I have a lifetime 3 sessions, doubling means 6 sessions?
2. If you guys lose (hopefully not I love buddy team) is it possible to get a refund or the support get shutdown completly with the bot?

Sorry for being selfish but I don't have that much money and I can't afford losing 70$ US.

2x3 = 6 you are correct
sticking with implies you dont back out

so its is selfish and greedy to wait for the hopes of 6 sessions but later back out and want your money.

Lawyers cost money, court cases cost money all this cost them money... either back out now lose ur sessions secure ur moneys... or be a devoted factor to supporting one of the most renound bots blizz has dealt with.

if its any constilation... Blizz tried this with HB and they are still fighting them atm and things are back up and fine so...

no cake and eating it

OKay so it just says sales, Can we still use demonbuddy in the meantime?
please say yes! and if it has been answered already im sorry im at work and unable to find this answer.

hope you guys make it, have used your honorbuddy without any problems and when i saw you have made db i was ready to buy but can't :( i really hope you guys gonna survive blizz attack ... crossing finger for you guys XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

This is a shame.. I have been botting since Glider was no1 - and been very happy with HB-team as a good replacement. I think that DB looks promising. On the other hand, I think that it would be a fair argument, that the case is somewhat different from Glider and other Blizzard lawsuits, cause Blizzard made the "Real Money"-auctionhouse in D3. I can see some fairness in an argument saying, that botting, and sell the stuff U botted directly on RMAH is crossing a line.

I really hope that TeamBuddy wins this one asap! :)

Gogo Buddy - BuddyForever!

Ok mabye i am dumb but does this mean i cant go home after the servers are up and turn on DB?

I have 2 keys awaiting my upgrade to 3.

im not sure if they shit the servers down, which i believe they did. if so then no we cannot. If they did not, you should still be able to, as it is undectable still.
