Blizz legal issues with HB and GB

2) maybe you're a little confused as to what LIFETIME means or LIFETIME WARANTY means let me help explain it with a little shopping I did last weekend. I went out to a Nissan dealer and purchased a 2011 Nissan Maxima. yes I financed it im paying roughly 31k for it. 31 THOUSAND dollars im gonna pay for this car. its NOT a lease. Its a purchase. You paid 80 bucks and expected a PROGRAM that is updated as soon as its needed for FREE for YOU by the people you call "DICKS" and you expect it to last for the REST of your life!!. Now I just got a bank loan for 31 thousand dollars I could have done ANYTHING i wanted with that money but it went to my new vehicle. And I KNOW that it will need maintenance every few months, it will have wear and tear, it will need tires, it will need brakes ETC ETC ETC. I paid 30,915 dollars more than you did and I didn't have the expectations you're having now.

3) if the other programs you mentioned are "FAR SUPERIOR" in your mind, then why the hell did you bother trolling this way? You had options. Plenty of them

4) last but not least, dont abuse the staff and the members here. Im not one to give official WARNINGS but im UNOFICIALLY warning you. Watch your words.

I'm not trolling, I just figured honorbuddy would be a bot, have you seen the home pages quest video, its absolutly perfect, and while i now understand the point of a lifetime warranty according to the forum atleast, im a person who uses alot of tools and my craftsman and husky literally have a LIFETIME warranty, meaning untill i die i can get replacement tools, however thats beside the point, my expectation as i have stated are for the bot, to actually be a robot, and to see 85 usd go down the drain and see a court case close to happening it does not give me the feeling i will see the day where my honorbuddy and gatherbuddy is error free and running so smooth i can use it for powerleveling.

All im saying is that, although my expectations are higher, their reasonable, this is supposed to be a bot.

my argument for that is non existant, my argument however for the quality of this product in exchange for the money I paid does still stand.

as xcure stated, he bought a new car with a loan, and the car over time will get issues, but i didn't buy the bot in perfect condition, so what im saying is the bot had wear and tear before I even bought the program, not to mention the video on the home page before going to the forum was an example of an error free honorbuddy, just like xcure leaves the lot with a problem free car, brand spankin new.

Yes, there are a few mesh problems here and there, but to be honest, 99% of the mesh issues, are profile issues, not actual HB issues. I've successfully 98% botted now 12 toons from 1-85, with very little interaction by myself. The fact you can't comprehend how to simply setup something, is your own idiocity.
Now as far as your money is concerned, I have yet to see Bossland refuse a speedy and just refund request. In fact, I got a refund once myself with 0 hassle from Bossland. In fact, you purchased a lifetime pass over a month ago, then you have obtained your 85$USD worth, and everyday hereafter is a blessing. Over 30 days is outside of any retail store inside the USA's return policy.

As for your tools, I had a Craftsman screwdriver break. They no longer carried said screwdriver, their warrenty was nolonger valid. A lifetime warrenty has nothing to do with the purchasers lifespan. Sears/Craftsman does NOT have to stay in business to validate YOUR lifetime warrenty. Guess what, if they go out of business tomorrow, YOU WONT GET A REFUND!

Now, on to the TPB(The PirateBay): Yes, the judge was an anti-piracy tard. Look how well that worked against TPB. Oh wait, they were down for 24 hours.

However I stand tall in my point. if i got one month out of this bot that's not equivalent to 85 usd, glider was 60 usd for the whole bot and had more stable questing profiles for ppather then this bot has had the whole 2 years of it's life, my 1 month time period proves this point. And I never requested a warranty, I requested quality, and quality I did not recieve.

Also, glider costed me 60 usd, and i got more then 3 years out of it .

lastly, if I have such idiocity lets see about 10-20 vids of your perfectly setup hb config run to 85 without a single error and relog after every d/c.

Quality is in the eye of the beholder mate. One man's meat is another man's poison. So don't state your opinions as fact. That's what we like to call "trying to hard" and that's what a troll does.

There was no way you could do some research before you paid 85 funnymunny for a lifetime bot? There was no opportunity for you to check out known glitches/problems/reviews about HB beforehand? You just saw the video and forked out the 85? Really now?

I completely disagree, I payed for a program and it should be usable for the rest of the time I live just like the program states. LIFETIME.

Lifetime in this instance means for the lifetime of the product, not your lifetime. Just because you bought the WoW software, do you think Blizzard is going to keep the game servers up for your lifetime?
