Blizz legal issues with HB and GB

I find it interesting that people somehow beleive that having 50 lawyers and millions of dollars is somehow an instant victory for blizz. I know nothing of Germany law but it seems that the owners picked this speific part of germany for this very reason. This would indicate to me that at least some part of the law is on their side. Explain to me how a bot with these issues is smooth, here let me bullet them.

1- meshes arent 100% working which causes the bot to run in to walls,

2- the bot has no schedule system and has no way to relog on dc or error,

3- the bot lacks proper loading of profile and where it last left of, causeing the bot to do a level 1 quest when it is currently on and supposed to be performing a level 51 quest.

4: Has mailing issues in some profiles, probably not the bot in that situation but its still an issue.


You cant possibly argue that the bot has none of these issues where as glider had none of these issue, and pirox is 20,000 times smoother of a bot atm for just about anything, only thing that honorbuddy has over other bots is it's easy way to create profile, otherwise its very instable.

A lifetime warranty is usually a guarantee on the lifetime of the product on the market rather than the lifetime of the consumer. If a product has been discontinued and is no longer available, the warranty MAY last a limited period longer.

I agree when you say this bot has some issues, where glider did not have those. On the other hand, glider came with only grinding (I'm a former glider myself) whereas this bot has a ton of features. Even with the issues, by using smart ways to get stuff done this bot has still delivered me two lvl 85's and a lvl 84 as of today. Using mixed mode gatherbuddy and pvpbot queueing alterac valley with gathering (herb or mining) capped at 450 rather then 525, works great. It's not fast, you only get like 300-500K exp / hour but it gets the job done without errors / bugs and is fully afk'able for me. The azenius questing stuff also works good now if you follow the instructions in the opening post of their thread.

All in all I'm a satisfied customer with this bot even tho I agree some things should be fixed sooner before putting in new features.

Oh forgot to mention, it leveled professions for me to 525 multiple times, it got me about 5 full pvp sets, about 12 heirlooms and (for my standards) shitloads of gold. So yeah, I'm pretty satisfied

Ok, thanks, nice wikipedia copy btw , but my point still stands, the bot has been instable all of it's LIFETIME as you guys are trying to argue it has, and I have every reason to be dissapointed with the fact that I haven't even be able to use a 85 usd program without problems occuring that I have no controll over like meshes and all that other bs.

agreed, only problem is I have not one level 85 yet, and I have had this bot for less then 2 months, which means I'm not satisfied with that I have got for 85 usd. Thats kinda what my whole point of stating those problems was, and more importantly why I have every reason to whine.

Sure, there could be a source injection bot that never ever runs into a wall or something but do YOU know what it means to keep a source injection bot safe?
HB/GB are the only bots i NEVER had any suspensions/bans or anything.

And your are talking about pirox running smooth?

They had a banwave with their archeology bot cause it posted all stuff into ingame chat console!!! sure that is safety and high level quality....haha..sorry but you don't have any idea what you are talking about.

I used honorbuddy for absolutely everything you can use it for and always with success...several 85's....all in all millions of gold....max equipped pvp chars....there is a reason why we are all here and why YOU are here. This is the best bot on market!

Glider didn't have mesh. Glider only had waypoints. Which meant it regularly ran into walls because the profile said it had to run into walls. Something HB will never do. HB definately doesn't run into walls half as often as Glider.

Agreed. Yet this has nothing to do with how smooth the bot is. The bot does not claim to have this feature. Non-argument.

This is not a bot issue. It's a profile issue. If the profile doesn't check or have intelligence to skip that quest, the bot will do exactly as the profile says and do the level 1 quest. Profiles are made by users so I'll jot this one down as PEBCAK. Also; Glider didn't even have quests.

You're probably the same troll that was banned from the Glider forums for badmouthing HB without reason. Same goes here; If you have decent arguments then please let's hear them but for the moment you're still nothing but a troll. i have been using this bot for about a Year now, first i used it to Gather (make some gold for my own use) after using it for a 1 month i found a dude that was going to buy me gold for 3$/k so i get into the bussines of selling gold and i bought 1 account to test it from 1 to 80 (before Cata) it level up to 80 in just 8 days FULL AFK NO PROBLEMS no nothing, i gear up, i buy all stuff, so i was making like 100k per month even more with just 2 account lot of money so i decide to invest on a few account (total of 15 accounts) all level up with HB in that range of time ( 8-15 days) with profession maxed all stuff and like 2 month ago i got them all banned and start fresh and have 5 level 85 and still making lot of profit 200-500us with 5 accounts, i never had a problem with this bot, of course the was time it got stucked, dc and stuff like that, but this is the best bot i have test and theres no gonna be one like this one, at least Bossland make another one, HB TEAM have my support i dont know or we dont know what is going to happend is a matter of time and wait, so stop saying this bot sux, when its gonna be close, just relax, give HB TEAM support let wait for the news and let see what happend after that new.

Easiest thing is to move the servers to another country and default the German company running it. Nothing so sue for Blizzard and the process starts over and it takes 1-2 years until blizzard can sue again.

Well, when I started botting, I had a few 85's... I now have 20 85's. One left to go. I've got each class covered Alliance and Horde, as well as every profession maxed.
I'd NEVER have done that without the HB. It's quirky, yes.
Look at it this way... Microsoft has BILLIONS invested in their development teams and software.... it's still buggy. When it comes to PC software/hardware, there is no
such thing as perfect. The HB team and contributing developers have an awesome community here. It lasts as long as it can, then things change and move on.
