I say gather a small Hb Army and report him to

he only had one post, chances are he leaked the toon name on purpose. not hard to fake a screenshot.
Don't bot at all for 2 weeks. Play by hand. Yeah let the GM whoever investigate the situation -they will anyway when this scumbag reports you (he will regardless) -the GM will maybe see playing by hand. Maybe the GM will have logs too see you botted on that BG (I doubt it -personal opinion).
Yeah don't bot 2 weeks problem solved.
Seriously nobody here knows how blizzard is solving their anticheat issues. What if they check player several times during 6 month? What if they flag account based on reports and keep it in somekind checklist. These type of issues take time to deal.
Here is real issue:
He can't bot safely next 6 months. That's it. I allready said delete toon, but that might grow bigger suspicious. So I suggest starting new acc alltogether if you care about that account. Or stop botting for very long time.
lol that sounds like a serious overkill.
You know, that long text that gets shown once in a while before you login? it's also shown when you create an account?A GM would have to catch you in the act to actually ban you.

It's the EULA, basically says;
Blizzard are the gods,
We are the minions,
Enjoy it while it lasts.
They can smite you with a banhammer for no reason, whenever they want to.
I am aware. But that doesn't mean the GMs can do whatever he/she feels like.
A case of this GM "abuse" would be for example if one of my 10 accounts gets reported for botting, the GM checks it out and he also notices I have 9 other accounts running on the same IP/HWID then he might just ban them all while he is at it.
I'm 98.4% confident a GM will NOT just ban a player because someone said he allegedly botted or did something wrong. As far as I'm concerned a GM can get fired for abusing his/hers powers in such ways.
The pure stupidity and lack of sense in this post...and actually the entire thread...makes my head hurt.
The best thing you can do in any situation when you get whispered by anyone concerning botting is to simply put them on ignore and move on. This shows you were there to see they whispered and you took action. If they're really going to report you, you're already screwed...so why make it worse?
You're dead wrong that a Blizz employee can't and won't take any action they want on an account. The initial report would be enough excuse for them to review and ban any account that is associated with the reported account. This isn't "abuse", this is thorough investigation. The ToS, which everyone agrees to, gives that Blizz rep the ability to take any action, at any time, for any reason they see fit. A GM isn't abusing their powers by banning yours or anyone else's account. They're using the exact powers that were granted to them when they were given the job.
Again.. total speculation. Personally I don't think they are hired to just IP ban as many people that bot as possible. If they find a botfarm, then of course they are right to bann all accounts connected to that IP, even though some legit players might be hit in the progress. I guess they don't care for collateral damage.I know it sucks to hear, but anyone that has delusions that a Blizzard employee is abusing their power by taking action on a report, and then doing further investigation and banning additional accounts is in for a real surprise when you find out that that is actually what they were hired to do.
