[PAID] BGFarmer - An Advanced Battleground Bot Base

So this just happened the last couple of days. I setup my bot and start it to run RBG's for honor to gear up.
After a couple of runs, it will stop. The bot itself will show that it is still running and when I hit stop, it will not stop - The program becomes non-responsive. I have to ctrl + alt + del to stop the program/process.

I then have to wait for the bot to end its session and then log back into HB to do the same thing over and over.
It has to be something on HB side because I installed a new HDD and installed a fresh copy of Windows and it's still doing the same thing.

HELP please!! :-)

PS - Honorbuddy just says "[BG Farmer] Waiting on loading screen..." after a run or two of RBG's.

Yeah, ever since the last Honorbuddy update I've had the same problems as well.
 
Yeah aware of the crashing. My #1 priority at the moment.

I can resolve the issue by disabling mercenary mode which is my current plan. The underlying issue is pretty complex with no obvious solution to it.

Would love to setup a test group for BGFarmer users to feedback on changes in real time. If anyone has Skype and available for testing stuff drop me a PM with your skype ID. Cheers
 
The bot does everything perfectly in a BG but actually pvp'ing. The rogue will open on a target then auto attack until a target moves out of range then it just stands there looking stupid. Thoughts?

Re: Crashing Issue;

Created a new build which blocks Mercenary Mode, and removed the offending piece of code. Currently testing but looking positive. Will get this build pushed ASAP and then look to restoring Mercenary Mode and the FPS issues.

- Mercenary mode is now disabled to resolve crashing issue. Will be reinstated once issues resolved. Will cancel Mercenary Contract buff if active.

I've actually got Mercenary Mode working again I think. It's going to require more work to get it running perfect, but given these issues I'll not be racing to get it pushed. Lots of testing required I think!
 
any success stories with ashran mode? I have no idea why the bot is sending my toon where it does. seems highly inefficient

You'll have to post a better description as to what's happening along with a corresponding log file to be able to look into this. Ashran works fine for me.

New build is now active, should no longer be crashing. Trials have been reset.
 
Millz can you help me how to disable search enemy. The bot forced my toon searching and kill enemy target without run to large group. I did turned off searching enemy as well. It also always ran to water without reason at all. I tested on Horde and AllianceView attachment 16328 2015-09-29 06.23.txt

Do you know where in the log file these issues occured? That log is 3.5 hrs long, so it'll take me forever to try and find it.

Ashran_ForceAttackPlayers <- This is probably the setting you want disabled. It's on the "BG Specific -> Ashran" tab in the GUI.

How about it alwways runs to water man. I did turned it off and I didnt attack enemy when event came up.

Have you got the log file where it's ran into water - along with the time it happened?

There's no reason for it to run into water unless...
- It's the only path available (I'm already aware Ashran's mesh is broken - reported here: https://www.thebuddyforum.com/honor...mesh-errors-post-post2055138.html#post2055138)
- It thinks the fight/group is somewhere other than where it actually is.

I appreciate the log you provided before, but it's such a large file that without exact timings of the issues I'll never be able to find it.
 
is there a way to let the bot attack bases even if they're under attack?

Example? JUst watched the bot on Guineas ran to Waterworks then only 10m in front of "the fight" he decided to go to lighthouse because of largest # friendly players, then a second later he turned over to mine because there were more players... [edit] at that time lighthouse had 2 friendly players, mine 1 and ALL the others were fighting waterworks.[/edit]

It looks really stupid and i got a lot of "wtf" whispers...

Also noticed some stupid bottish behavior on WSG.

An option like we have it for ashran would be nice "stay in group" or "move with biggest pack" and/or "prioritize objectives"

or do i miss any settings?

It's spamming "[BGFarmer] Moving to join the Ashran queue." in that log file. What was happening in game? Once it's queued for ashran it should stand and wait until called. Looks like it kept trying to run back in which caused it to bug out.... ?

yes the setting was on and is turned off now!
Also the "defend bases" option was unabled while he was defending base alone, bad idea without insignia and low gear :(

WSG bad behaviour is more or less what i requested above "stay with pack" option.
He's leaving own base and then directly attacking enemy player, ALONE vs 10 ... nothing a human would do i think

Hmm defending bases is okay with bad gear.

I'll add WSG stay with pack to my list. Also got WSG defend flag room when flag isn't picked up on there too.

Yes it's not bad to defend a base, but why if i turned defend base OFF?
Anyhow, would appreciate if you could do that stay with pack thing to all BGs...
Guess it's never a bad idea to stay with the group... at least they won't blame you for attack a base alone like the bot currently does :)
