mind pm'in me ur workaround i would love to get this working without me baby sitting it...highvoltz to help you bugfix, then I can tell that from my own experience (with my own profiles) - then the HS bug only occurs when he uses a portal which changes continent.
I managed to make a workaround on my end - but I suppose you'd rather find the source of the problem
As I said - it's not this profile, it's my own profile. The workaround isn't just some easy implementation and I had to rework alot of my profile to do it. Anyways - it's a private profile that someone paid me to do so I couldn't just share it like that anyway.

I made some changes to Multiprofile within the last 24 hours, not sure if I fixed the issue you're experiencing but if you want to test it's on the svn. I've never had this happen to my bot.
By any chance are you using all mining/herb bags with backpack filled?
i have all regular 22 slot bags excluding the backpack of course but my current ui using all in 1 bag feature so i removed all my off spec gear to test this theory ... at this moment no hearthing once using the portal so it seems to be working now. ill update on it after bout hr after character leave deepholm.
making a portal to vash is problematic based on your quest progression into the zone, cause you can port into several different areas; and also the place isnt meshed correctly cause hb wont be able to navigate out properly.
