[Beta] Multi-profile for farming with GB2

I re-configured the profile, but it seems like as soon as it arrives at one of the farming zones, it instantly wants to heartstone back. I've looked through the other posts again, but it seems like those with the same problem never found a solution, or atleast didn't post it.

testing this out .. it took portal to Twilight Highlands and decided it wants stick around 70 min .. i know this cause log said so... unfortunately, 10 sec later it wants to hearth .. deception of time im still watching it as it attempts to hearth. so if you need a log ill post it.
did it again when it went to uldum ...

Just re-installed Honorbuddy, ProfessionBuddy and this profile, and I'm still getting the same.

When it tries to switch toons, if the user is on a server which has an apostrophe in it, you get a Lua error. It's a very easy fix, just add escape an escape character before any apostrophes (which in Lua, just like basically every other language is \) in the server name as appropriate. Wasn't sure whether to post this in the main thread or here, since it is an error in the method itself, not really the profile.
 
I think this is awesome, but it could be better in a few aspects.
First, the bot has problems with repairing in Twilight Highlands, and leaving the house that the vendor is in.
Secondly, there should be some cap on the amount of items put onto AH. Volatile Life does not sell very well for me, so it just accumulates, and the bot lists everything.
Today, after a few days of afking, I noticed i had 6200 volatile life.

Sorry for no log. And once again, this is awesome, I dont need to be spending nearly as much time caring for my bots anymore.

I'm having the same issue too. but this only happens when it tries to load the second profile. it will hearth back to town, mail to banker, move to next zone then immediately tries to hearth back.

I'm having this particular problem in a similar profile that I made by myself, and I really cannot figure out what's causing it. (I know I'm a bit OT, sorry bout that)
 
hey, i have a problem while using the default Profile for switching Zones - at first everything was fine, but tonight my Character ended his round in THighlands, after Hearth to OG he switched to Uldum, but without farming in Uldum he used Hearth again and again and switched the profiles as soon as the Hearthstone was ready.. Oo whats the problem? :D

Same issue over here just as alliance.
 
I've found in use of Arelog this profile somehow always manages to change the empty bags now to True. Therefore when going thru portal and reloading profile makes him think to he needs to empty he's empty inventory to bank char now. Hearthstone to OG, mail items, go thru portal again to another place and again, load profile which says empty now. Wait HS CD, Loop over and over again..
 
This is sweet, did you just update it as an actual bot? I like it.. its a little less confusing for newbies, Im trying out some fishing profiles hope all goes well.

Features
  • Hearths when bags are full
  • Mails items to banker
  • optionally switch to banker and post items on AH
  • Switches to a new profile/zone and uses portal to port to zone.
  • Currently has profiles for Hyjal,Uldum and Twilight Highlands and user can choose which zones to farm from the profile settings.
  • Each zone has 2 profiles, one for mining + herb and the other for mining only. The Mining profile gets loaded if Herb gathering is disabled in GB2
  • Switch zones after a random period of time spend farming there.

How to setup

  • Set to hearth Dwarf area in Swormwind if Alliance or in Org if Horde.
  • Load the Multiprofile.xml profile into Professionbuddy.
  • Open Profiles Settings and add your banker and farmer names to the proper settings. (needed for mailing and character switching)
  • Also in profile settings choose which zones you want to farm
  • Start profile while logged on your farmer.

  • Deposit gold in Gbank
  • Add more zones
  • can't think of any more, open to suggestions.

  • Extacy - for help with Org portal IDs and locations.

You could add "Mobile Banking" perk plus put in to a certain tab in the guild bank.
 
Finally ive figured this Multi profile out! :) And all is working gr8 ! But when he takes to the zones .. He doesnt herb or mine.. I putted harvest mine and herb on in the settings.. Whats wrong :)? need help :D

i get this error but can anybody tell me exactly how i can fix that lua error .. i dont get it from the quote ^^

Same problem here, seems to be a bit buggy atm...
