Why the banwave discussion threat still open i dont know. Discuss a bot that is being detected ? Maybe discussing improvement in the bot app ext but there nothing from devs. I agree with pimpampum. The only people who can maybe profit out of the use of HB is the goldsellers. They are willing to sacrifice money for a wow acc. If you thinking of buying the bot for doing your CR and you love your wow acc rather go get addons like gnomesequencer and use that. If you dont want to do that call it a day with wow till there maybe a stable bot instead of wasting money buying wow acc after acc. Its really not worth it.The bot is to easy detected and the history is on the wall(look at all the banwaves and ban section). We have all been there.People saying they not detected good luck. Good luck to all who is still going to try.

They already said they found the code that was being detected, most likely some offset trap that got all bots caught.

bot is %100 detected.
they are only deciding when to ban or not.
if you stop botting and play legit for 1 year still you will be banned when theres a banwave in 2017 december

How god damn stupid can you be, we SAW what they did if they had a chance to ban whenever they want, there was two banwaves in two weeks :D

It's like people that think the moon landing was faked or the earth is flat, just mind-boggling stupidity

this statement is absolutely False. You think the 5% of regular people who bot that are not the 95% of chinese gold farmers would be hunted as ruthlessly as them? Thats just Dumb. The only reason regulars get banned is because we are tied to them. They bot outlandishly greedily - 50 through god knows how many accounts slamming in millions of gold a day. They create a mass problem that blizzard was forced to address.

Lets say they All didnt exist. ALL never existed. Do you Honestly HONESTLY believe blizzard would higher a whole division of programmers to detect bots? Prob not. It would be treated the same way diablo 3 is. "Meh they pay their dues"

You could just have said that, not, you can't realize that.

From there, i think it is just a question of awareness, wit and realism.

There is no difference at all between gold farmers and you, mate. You are trying to find someone to blame, instead of facing the result of your own actions. Which is not very mature, and quite sad.

Actually, (and this is my personal opinion) if Bossland had to choose between Gold farmers and routine users (who are a hundred times more numerous than what you appear to think) for its userbase, there would be no doubt.

Just be grateful they are still supporting CRs.

Played (BOT) time: 4 days 12 hours on going.
Lv 110, farming mine/herb/world quests.
so far so good.
 
2 nights ago I was gathering herbs and ore using paid profiles and a relogger going about 20 hours a day for about a week when suddenly my laptop actually shut down. When i booted it back up and went to log in I received the account closure message on the wow login screen. At that same time I was botting on my other PC just leveling and was not interupted. That account is now gathering herbs for about a day but I am now going to limit this bot to 12 hours a day online and only run profiles for 30 minutes with a 15 minute variance. We will see what happens.

Now, I really believe the laptop hardware ID is flagged with Blizz. 2 weeks ago I was botting 2 gatherers on this laptop and they were both banned permanent as well. I thought doing a fresh install of WoW and change IP would be good enough but it was not. If my laptop isn't flagged, then perhaps I was flagged for being online too much of each day and for too many days in a row.

I have had 10 accounts either banned or 6 months suspension in the past few weeks. However, I have managed to make about 10 million gold and have sold some to a Chinese person and have recouped alot of my cost though not all of it. I don't do this for the money, but the money is my score card and lets me know if I am "winning" or not. Even if I lose money, that is ok with me. This is fun for me and I do it for the enjoyment and excitement of it all. If there was no chance of getting banned it would not be as fun and it would not allow me an outlet to be defiant and deviant in a way that doesn't really hurt anyone.

I hope we can find ways to work together more and pool our efforts and eventually make Blizzard go find something better to do.
 
When will the paranoia stop? There is no reason to format your pc. Why would they have to flag you when they still have to run some sort of analysis to determine if you are a bot? They don't have the time to review everything by hand. It is as simple as this guys.. Warden runs within the game and is fully capable of being updated to detect you. You're very own pc is doing the work to analyze and then sending back to Blizz, so it's not like there is any efficiency to store information about who was banned before when the method will detect you regardless.

You are seriously misled if you think they dedicate a lot of man-hours to bot busting. They are a very wealthy and competent company and would have no trouble tightening up security. The past tells us that they tolerate botting to a degree or they wouldn't let bot trains run on Firelands for months on end. Blizz is just doing a balancing act because they know some botters are likely to purchase 100x more WoW keys than a typical player. We are just a different kind of customer that they frown upon but they aren't blind to the $$$ it generates. There is no way in hell that they are looking at thousands of bots running Firelands (around launch of legion and after) and thinking to themselves, "Man if we could only figure out how to get rid of these guys!"

I can't wait until some of us file a class action lawsuit against blizz. It is only a matter of time. Take this game to a whole new level. And we can pay our legal fees with proceeds from botted gold. God I need a life
 
What amazes me most is when you see people in here for years and with tons of post and they understand so little about the dynamics of the game and the dance between Blizz and bots. It's mind blowing. They should spend a little less time posting and a little more time reading.
 
Bought 2 new accounts, 110warrior, 110rogue, 110warlock, 110 druid, 70paladin, 70 mage done. No ban yet, going strong..changed honorbuddyname when inject+changing VPN within 24hour range. dno if this helps but worth a try.
And used bgfarmer[millz] on all 110 aswell. 2 weeks going strong. 24h/day, was offline 1 day during patches but nothing more...
 
I've been botting again for almost two weeks now. Very lightly. Around 8h each 48h. Only leveling and Suramar quests.

I did not clear anything. Didn't format, didnt delete any HB files.

Just bought a new account on the same B-net that my main acc is suspended, and im all good.

100-110 druid
1-93 paladin

No problems so far. I guess the deal is to bot smart and very slowly. I use it just to do things I don't like. Leveling and questing.
 
Before this banwave, ive Botted for about 20min, no longer then that, right on the next day after the new HB release ... i was doing WQ monitoring the bot while eating... nothing happent until 22-11! I got banned in that banwave, so i believe that if you bot youll always be banned lol! (Btw, got banned in the last ban wave too!) didnt used honorbuddy after that, and i wont use it nevermore

5/5 economy bans once again. So it is clear to me now that FULL PC FORMAT + MAC CHANGE doesn't work.
