Well, it says "banned" in my account options, but "temporarily suspended" when I want to post on the forums. So what's right now?

They said in the email and appeal response that my ban is 6 months long, but the client and forums say "Permanent". I wrote another support ticket in hopes that they confirm what's my sentence... And I hope it's just 6 months.

Blizzard have said it's an "Extended suspension" and therefore is not a Permaban, but in fact a longer 'suspension' than usual.

What dose it matter if it's a perma or 6 months, If you can't cure the itch of wow then you will probably brake and buy a new subscription in 1 month, but if you are tired of this game and the rotation bot was the only thing that made it fun it means you don't give a shit if it's perma.

Well just for information: My Accountstatus says Permanent ban.. I did open a ticket. The respons was that the account is banned for months until 13. of november. So it seems like it is indeed only a 6 months and not an perma... Stop talking bullishit

Yeah on the email it said the suspension ends in November 2015, ergo not a permaban.

I also opened a ticket and was informed that I was able to play again after 11/13/15 and the mail stated the same. But when Im trying to access the battle.net forum I get the following:

Same here Mallinea. I also added a Screenshot of the satus of the account. The GM said again that it will be available again. So I think this Battlenet status info is just wrong...

Glad to hear Im not the only one Gandalf Seems more like an unfinished status they added to most of the people banned yesterday.
