banned on diablo 3 not even used for 5 min

Be smart people... NEVER... EVER... EVER, click links in emails, or on facebook, or ANYWHERE unless you know/trust the person posting them.

If you need to check your account, type in the URL manually! ANYONE can make a redirecting URL, and website, that looks like the official link/website; for ANY game/company/website/ect.

Did you cancel your wow subsciption? That results in the D3 Account being closed aswell.
 
As painful as it is, you apparently just learned a valuable life/online lesson. Hopefully you learn from it as it's unlikely that account will see the light of day, the only option here really is to contact Blizzard.

Edit: Assuming that is indeed a phish and not an actual account closure

hmm its funny that used the official link i dont think im that dumb to use phishing sites i do have a anti virus that searches phishing sites does this site look fake to u i think ppl are dumb these days im a IT tech i dont make mistakes like that heres my ticket address https://us.battle.net/support/en/ticket/thread/28815731

Lol dont assume that because an idiot says they are an IT tech, that they are lying. I work in IT support in a large goverenment organisation. And the number of "IT Techs" that couldnt change the batteries on a TV remote are frightening.

But other than that, whether or not this was a genuine thread, it is so full of misinformation that it really should just be closed by mods.
