I am seen a unusual amount of ban threats been posted. No banwave but I am thinking it has to do more with pirox, while there is some other related casualties in the mix.

so at the end of the day, your theory is it's all pirox fault and everything that proves it wrong is "some other casualties in the mix". on one hand there are also only hb users that got banned and on the other hand there are still pirox users who didn't got banned, but i guess that's "some other casualties in the mix" so it doesn't count.

Why I think is related to pirox? First of all it seems mostly are new HB/GB members this mean A. they came from pirox or B. they are new to botting.

and ofcourse you asked every new hb user to make that correct claim.

Now my other point for thinking it has something to do with pirox is this shared account been banned. This account is a friend of mine I teach him how to use pirox in that account. I ask him to share his new battle.net (note the account hasent been played since cata hit and only pirox was used here), and for surprise account is locked. He will try to recoup emails see if he has anything from blizz.

wow. not only you asked all new hb users and prove them beeing noobs, but you can even backup your whole theory with one single account you shared with your friend. i though your post was a fake, until you told me you tested it with one account.

Now, what I am want to say more as a bouncing idea or discussion topic. Since pirox closed without notice, could it be they are tracking down old pirox users they had flagged and maybe pirox give them access to the code written to the cpu and they can confirm the usage? What it needs to be asked is if the banned person used pirox in the last 6 months...

yeah could be. it also could be that tomorrow the sky will falling down on us. what really makes me angry is, that you claim to be an experienced botter since good old glider. but your posts are full of stupidy. i don't know what is going on in your head, that you have to make one stupid topic after another to claim the bans lately is all pirox fault or the fault of ex-pirox botters, because they are too studid to use a bot propper. and why only the last 6 month? nothing makes sense to me.

the first thing, when ppl posting their bans is you coming out of nowhere and telling ppl they're stupid. they must be stupid since they got banned. and that's the basic tenor of this forum, which makes me sick. there are even retards who laughs about the losses of others instead of collecting informations and look into it. and i though we're all sitting in the same boat.

i can't remember the last time i saw someone laughing on the ex-pirox forums, when someone reports his masses of losses.

Basically blizzard tracked people's ip's from a sell account then connected it to their main account and banned their main account.

Fact is, lots of people got banned and I might actually take a break off botting :/

Its quite obvious its auto bans because everyone is getting hit by "Abuse of economy". If it was a manual ban there would be a reason for the ban, like:

Automated software
Bot
...
Different GMs fill in it differently...But you'd know this if you actually had botted a lot...which you obivously havent...

Run WoW in windowed mode, but as far as I know, that doesn't got anything to do with being banned.

maybe, i was curious because a friend got baned on 2 acc , and he put wow minimized in start bar and me with another friend let wow on screen all the time because he told me that when wow is in minimized mode wow writing in ram and blizz can read it and we didnt get baned and we bot 18 hr on a day .dont know exactly how to explain...hope u understand the ideea and what im trying to say is that this is the single diference between me and my friend and the baned friend.

My understanding is that HB is as undetectable as can be wich as far as we all know is amazing, non identifiable ect ect, BUT it may also not be unidentifiable at all and we are all infact on a list for a megga "Banwave" But as of now we can just go with the flow but my honest opinion is that we get banned for doing unhuman like actions like playing 24 hours, posting XXXXs of auctions/selling in Trade chat walking into a wall for hours(could be blamed on auto run), Grinding/Farming all day just things that we as humans would not do. So just be cool relax and have fun you know what ya getting into

i think blizz is just doin a cr@ckdown since MoP is so near, they know most people will buy new accounts to play MoP so its good money for them, needing to buy classic-wotlk-cata-mop.

Have you used any other type of botting/boosting/cheating?

Now, it seems they are not certain on their emails. Some 72hrs some ban, some ban and appeal get 72hrs. Too many complains about economy?\

People reporting bots for days. Now the 1st poster say they ban them, and 3 new pop out every day. Now this was in 2011. Could be they are actually more people reports and more GM's actions?

As a long time user on pirox i can say he did have a fair share of "fails"(Archa banwave) , but from what i have seen on the latest post before the closure he said he won't be revealing any data about the users and the hd id/ip of the same to the blizzard. Ofc that could be just a story to keeps us calm and secure but again i doubt he gave all that away to them. Second thing is, from the fist thread if ppl that used pirox got more bans then non using ones how come the bans came so late(almost 3 months after closure) and why was there no huge banwave, its more then usual but still. Also from what i have seen from the last maintenance there has been an increase of suspended accounts so it is possible they added something to their warden that is picking smth in HB, but again why no banweave just slight increase in bans?

You sir are misinformed, Minimising WoW has nothing to do with being detected, ram writing or acorns. It has to do with the fact that windows doesn't draw any pictures, hence the bot cannot function....

It also doesn't help if they've been accumulating reports about you looking like you're botting and being unresponsive to group invites (whether accepting, or sending a message that you're busy) or some guy following you around while your account farms and you don't respond to any of his messages. Then again, you could just be antisocial

my brother does not bot. he don't know english and thus does not respond to whispers. so far no bans

I am also starting to think that forums are getting filled with non-real reports. Some looking for pitty, other maybe looking to push a 0.01% into their bots. But is hard to tell. Some reports seems serious, while others if you read them kinda don't make sense.

c'mon. stop being silly. i mean, this is so silly. why the hell are you searching for all kind of excuses, to make the bans looking like they don't exist. from your theory about "pirox's fault" to "ppl beeing to stupid to set up hb" and now the bans don't exist at all? c'mon, gimme a break.
