Ban Theories and Ban Waves

but like you said i did notice in the case of that harpies champs the bot attacks much befor they land, i dont if that affect on something...

Didn't see there was Maintenance in US today, DB has been trying to start a game for the past 2 hours. We'll see if this is a flag raiser lol.
 
can feel a banwave coming in next few days. Is there a theory about banwave around mid month? I cant recall the first banwave, being in August i assume? Anyone remember what the exact date was? 2nd banwave 18/12.

The theory of ban waves is done on a metrics system they group data of similiar players your level class and paragon level and if say your earning 10 mil a day on gold pickups and others on the most part are earning way less they use these in formulas to determine the probability that your cheating and its very easy for them to export reports based on 30 or 90 days and compare players which can also lead to gms manually teleporting to you and watching your play.

Another thing I have noticed that happens in this game is that sometimes very rarely there seems to be some entitys like the Firebreathing things in Areat a3 that in my opion are generated with something that will draw the bot in and lock it to the entity I just walked back in my office and noticed my bot ran past one killed some mobs then ran right into the fire thing and kept trying to get out but it was like it was sucked in like a vortex or trying to loot it like a chest.

So in other words unless you get manually reported by someone else the chances of you getting banned are slim IF you do things to purposely skew the data that they use to compare for example randomly change if DB will pickup blues or just yellows and also play with the level pickup argument because if blizzard doesnt see your making xxxxx gold per game on average amonst say 100 games it looks allot less incriminating because if you were them and you saw a player was making 150-160k gold on average playing 500 games or runs you would be suspicious.

So bottom line Dont run the same profiles repeatably and do everything you can to skew metric data such as gold per run, time per run and these can easily be skewed by changing min gold and ilvl requirements to loot or set it to only hunt champs or just normal monsters.

This is tinfoilhat.

I got 3 accounts banned doing only Act 1 Wretched Queen quest on Inferno MP1 in Hardcore.

They all reached paragon 50 and I earned 300k GPH + drops
 
no point in trying to figure out when and what they look for , it will happen when it does .
you bot guess what your going to get banned at some point .
 
seems like blizzard doesn't give a fuck anymore? did they ban regularly before 18-12 or only in banwaves?
 
Bots = Money for blizzard and paypal, it isn't?

Take a look at how much time past since you post your Radiants on RMAH and gets sold, i can't figure the insane ammount of cash that blizzard wins each minute XD
