i think they are working on a fix, just bought gb1 downloaded the newest version, now i have to wait till it works :)
 
Doesn't work for me on 2 computers either ... on this computer is loging normally, on 2 others login failed ... wrong password lol :)
 
I'm dying of laughter reading these complaint threads. I hope it takes them all day to fix it with the attitude you all have. Patience is a virtue my friends...

My friend said the same exact thing, no one can seem to get HB to work sucks! hope they fix it soon got 4 80's and got exspansion today.. cant do it alone!
 
Problem should be resolved. Sorry for the downtime folks. Looking into why it happened, and how to prevent it in the future.

Whats the error message? (I've manually tried all of our servers, from both HB and GB, and they all worked. Though, I only have 1 connection to try on right now, so it may be something else.)

is the message, I am 100% certain the username and password is correct (logged onto the forums), I tried rebooting the program and redownloading it.

I used another account, that one does log in, but this one does not. Maybe it is linked to lifetime accounts? (my other account isn't lifetime)
