To the complaining customers: We have a right to complain, this has not happened once, twice or three times, this has been a long-time issue of the buddy products, no permanent fix except some bandaid patches that will last god knows how short.
To the ones complaining about complaining customers: I am glad you are satisfied with this quality of service, whatever standards and perspectives you have that renders this quality acceptable I do not share and neither do many people here. We are not unreasonable in our demand for a finer product. If you are arguing that we should be somewhat grateful for receiving a product rather than no product please do not forget that we pay money for this. Demonbuddy is not a charity, the prices are not lower than they could be, the prices are not higher than they could be, it is set just right to maximize profit. The amount we are paying on this scale of number of customers does not warrant a few servers being consistently buggy, this is simply an issue of the developers and owners having no incentive to fix immediately as we have no choice but to put up with this, few are likely to leave DB just because the auth server is down one out of 7 days, botting still returns a profit the 6 others.
TLDR; Product quality inadequete, we have right to complain, laziness and lack of incentive only reasons the quality is at this level.
