Auth server are down again :(

Yada Yada, I only do it cause it distracts people from the main issue, and I love seeing how easy it is to get people going and raging on me :) but this bot has not paid for it self for me yet, I'm sure it will. I just wish it would hurry :/
 
2 down and 6 working. Still hate that i cant log the 2 back online. I have also made my money back many times now. Hope the bot is going to work again soon.

No need to get mad, thats not helping, they know this is a problem, and i bet they fix it as fast as they can
 
So you buy a cheap product, that essentially gives you 'free'-money. Yes 'free'-money as you put almost no time into it (No putting stuff on AH and opening the programs doesn't count). Then, as soon as their 'free'-money product isn't working, you immediately rush to the forums complaining how the developers are taking advantage of you by taking your money. Holy shit guys, where did you go wrong in life. If anyone is taking advantage of anyone, it's us taking advantage of this AMAZING bot. Yes us, because we paid a very little price, which you earn back in few days. Most of you who are complaining, say you've been using this bot for a long time. That can ONLY mean that you have earned quite alot on this product, and still you feel like complaining? Some of you were definitely raised spoiled.

i love how you contradict yourself, to the point that I stopped reading after the second sentence. If this so called "product" is so great, they can make it more expensive. It has nothing to do with what the product offers, rather what the product can DELIVER.

Working as part of an implementation team in a mid-sized company, this is definitely not the way to go. There needs to be a "backup plan", in this case, they need to have a back up server(s) running when the main authserv fails. Closing topics on their forums will not lead to silence.

I think DB has great potentials, dev team just need to get their shits together, or rather hire more people.
 
yeh one client got closed down, upon restarting it wouldn't work anymore, though the others who have auth failed messages in the logs still work lol....
i wanted to clean the computer now i'm to scared to close it hahaha
 
How many people can say they were distracted by my rude comments from this problem? I seen alot raging on me as though they forgot their was an issue, and yet I get -rep, you guys piss your britches so easily ;)

I think what everyone is trying to say is be patient and it will come back up soon.

With that in mind in the mean time we would love a message to give us some indication of when that might be (even if just to say the hamster died and we don't know when we will get a new one) so we can all stop staring at our monitors and make the most of our time.

Well Allan, I don't see any contradictions. Where were you educated?

The sense that if a product turns out to be great, it should be made more expensive - is just ridiculous. I dont believe anyone here is saying that they shouldn't have backups or hire more people - that is obvious solutions. If that's not obvious to mid-sized companies, then I apologize. The fact that people complain here in the way they do, is not giving developers motivation to spend their sunday fixing auth servers. Don't like the product? Too bad, I often buy food that I end up not liking. Should I complain saying they took advantage of me? Please Allan, shame on you.

What's the point of them putting any message here when everyone's just gonna continue whining any way? They are making good use of time by not bothering with the forum and working on the issue.

Edit: I can't believe Quickslay had this bot a month ago and couldn't get it to work for over 3 hours, learn how to use computers? On a side note, still have 3 running so HAH to the whiners.

It only takes 5 minutes maximum to write the message is the point. It's basic customer service that's all dude. No one is asking for blood just some love.

Are we going to get refunded?

Demonbuddy was unusable for a minimum of 5 days. How about you guys paying back those days (extending all keys/sessions by this amount of time). I feel like you owe that your (paying) customers.
