Weight Gainer will help build up muscles and it has 40% carbs in it, which are resources for the body, your head wont feel like a crash, and it will also help with your problem of easily getting cold, pure protein wont. And yeah from the way you describe your day I can see why you don't have the energy nor time to workout much :/.

i am by no means fat. i weigh 140? up from 135 ... i've gained 5 lb's in 3 years. I do have a medium to high metabolism. But I like to ride the bike at a medium pace. I have a medical condition where I hate peopleno srsly ... i like to play GH, and riding the bike rocks while playing. I enjoy multitasking. i'm not trying to be a body builder and be like arnold was 20 years ago. I'm just trying to be me and stay healthy =) as i've seen myself sitting around playing on these forums and watching the bots way too much.
Too bad cycling only trains "some parts" of the body, but hey, better then nothing.
Jeez.. one of the lamest tread i ever seen in my entire life :\
