If you can play GH while on an exercise bike, you are not going hard enough at all.

Would be interested if your bike had a heart rate monitor and what your heart rate was sitting at while you are still able to play GH ?

It'ls like those people who go for a jog/walk to exercise with their best friend and talk the whole time...

Depends on the goal of the exercise. But yea for fat burning a high heart rate = Going at it 110% for less time obviously is the best thing to do. Not doing 100% but going for a long time is used to increase your stamina.

@ Dalees, it's because of your metabolism, I have the same thing, this is by no means bad, this is optimal for getting toned and getting the looks that the girls dig ;) Your doctor however doesn't seem to know what he's doing, pure protein wont help you build muscles when you have the metabolism that you obviously do, if you want to do gain weight, go to the gym on a muscle building program (surely you can get a program made by the staff at the gym if you don't have any knowledge) eat healthy, drink alot of water, take Omega 3+6, and do two times the suggested amount of Weight Gainer shakes (60% Protein 40% Carbs) - on non training days do it after lunch and right before you go to bed, workout days do it right after workout and before you go to bed.

The way you describe your diet it seems as it will not gain you in any way, and it is by no means healthy, and for people with very high metabolisms like me and as I assume you, going with a healthy diet, working out and doing double dosis of Weight Gainer is the ONLY way to gain weight.

My diet persists of following:
07:00 Breakfirst = Oat Meal or Eggs + Fruit and Omega 3+6
08:00 Snack = Fruit + Creatine
10:30 Snack = Dark bread with cold meat
12:00 Lunch = Protein and carb filled lunch such as Spaghetti Bolognaise , In school I just do just dark bread with alot of cold meat and usually a Spaghetti salad. + Omega 3+6 and a Weight Gainer Shake.
14:00 Snack = Fruit
16:30 Snack = Protein Bar
19:00 Dinner = Protein filled dinner, meat with veggies usually everyday.
21:45 Snack = Weight Gainer and if it's a workout day Kassein Protein shake + grape seed vitamins.

Bycicle is one of the best exercises you can do at home (without better equipment and if u dont dig gymnastics).

It makes the biggest muscles work, and request energy, thus, burns energy cause bigger muscles consume more energy.... thus burns calories and with that fat.

But if u can afford it, go to a good gym, you can check out the babes working out while you workout.
 
Funny thing is that my Doctor suggest me to drink some proteinshake because I'm to thin.
No its not becuase of not eating or something like that.

Yes, thats exactly what is it. Count how many calories you eat in a day, I guarantee its not that much. If you consume more calories than you burn, you will gain weight. End of story.

Alright, now that i have your attention ... for us (yes, us including me) lazy botters... there is more to do with your life besides sitting at your desk and "watching" your bots

So you're gaining weight, getting fat, bored all the time, etc.

Well I have a solution! What is it? well i'll tell you!

Get a centrifugal bicycle (stationary bike, whatever you wanna call it) and put it into your [xx] room with your entertainment in it. Your TV and video games, or computers, etc.

Here's what I do to keep fit as I know its very easy to be lazy.

I have my room with my bot setup and comps ... thats great, i log in my stuffs, let them go... I go eat for the day, get hydrated, and bring some water with me downstairs to my basement where my stationary bike sits in front of a 50" TV with guitar hero hooked up to it

I warm up on GH (I have them all, pick your choice) while sitting down on the couch down there... after about 10 mins where i get the "guitar hero effect" where i feel like im sinking down into the floor, i jump on the bike and start pedaling while my screen loads to the next song - i only have to concentrate at first to pedal, then it comes natural as i play the notes. I can still get 5 stars on medium, and ~3-4 on hard, depending on the song.

For example in 72 minutes today i rode 10 miles (16k) and burned 600 calories. You of course can do this while watching your fav tv show, movies, etc.

Don't sit there and get fat... and don't waste time going to the gym (as you'll prob be thinking about your bots anyways)

So, what do yall do for exercise, or do you have any other suggestions?

i've thought of a treadmill, but i hate walking, let alone running -_- lol. I like to do something thats fun, and if I get exercise while doing it, thats great.

I also like to bowl on 1 lane with 2 bowling balls during the "bowl your brains out" specials during the week... in 2 hours i can be sweating like a pig

Wtf im lazy but im surely not getting fat by watcfhing my bots. Sex helps with keeping me inshape, cant say the same for my bf but still. lol

i got a cable X over machine in my room, and shit load of weights at my bros which are mine, when i get the time and motivation ill get back into my exercise mode.

O on another exercise note i have done a crap loads of jogging in the past, machines outdoors etc, and all i got was my knees would go cranky, i creak alot:p, but seriously if u wanna go jogging -running buy some trainers with bare foot technology- i managed to get some Vibram 5 fingers i used them the other month, first time i went jogging in ages and the 5 slow miles i managed was great - my calves felt like i had done a real killer workout on them in gym, i never had that good exercise from 18 mile jog in normal BS footware.
 
Bicycle infront of the TV.. I just wanna puke. Get a great sport as a hobby and you will have fun while excercising. Tried out paintball some years ago and now I'm hooked on that =) so much fun and win in a tournament just feels so good :P if someone dont know how a paintball-tournament is, watch:

i went paintball last year or something took me a few games to get into it but it is real fun, just like warcraft it has many cheats.

at the end of the day we had a last man standing shootout to use the leftover paint balls, back to back then 10 pace forward then shoot the crap out of each other:p i won that shit, although i had paint in my mouth and i was covered in bruises LOL
 
Nutella is Nutella... in germany as well as america ;)

And Yoda... i was going 7.2 mph as an average... by no means a speedbreaker (no coasting), but it burned 600 calories, which is a nice steady pace (like jogging at a moderate pace ... or riding a bike :P )

That's what, 5% of your daily intake? Keep working off those pounds, big boy.

as far as everyone else - glad i can help =) I like to play GH a lot... and if i can exercise while doing it, its great... and the bike isn't too loud. Since I stand up a lot of the day, its nice to sit down while exercising and having fun

Imortel - when its not freezing outside, i enjoy raquetball =) tons of fun... whether its just me or not

And if your taking in 12000 Calories a day.. you have a serious problem...

Thanks for the advice but the problem is that I'm allways feeling cold.
My Doc tould me to do workouts too but if you where working untill 10pm and have to work again a 10am... you don't have "fun" to do some sports.
I only try to gain a bit more weight and when my education is over this summer and I maybe have enough money I will go to gym.

The other reason for drinking this is because of I have much concentration problems and I'm allways sleepy. I think it is because I don't have any fat xD My body really don't have any reserve and if I'm hungry for a short while my head feels like a crash >,<

Weight Gainer will help build up muscles and it has 40% carbs in it, which are resources for the body, your head wont feel like a crash, and it will also help with your problem of easily getting cold, pure protein wont. And yeah from the way you describe your day I can see why you don't have the energy nor time to workout much :/.

But as for building muscles, gaining weight, losing weight, the correct food diet is always #1.
