I found the issue actually, no support log needed. It doesn't seem to dismount when using singular some times. I have to manually dismount and it works again. Probably need to do this every 5 minutes or so for the profile to continue.

This should not happen generally, could you parse log, the next time you experience it, to check if it is profile issue, singular or anything else related, please?

The profiles are intended to be 100% afk, after all, not manually dismounting every 5min

Been running this to get the flying achievement. Problem is my Druid keeps dying in "Assault on the pit". I'm iLvl 670.
The Orcs there are too hard.

Hello,
I guess you are running the Draenor Pathfinder product, but anyway:

The profile for Assault of the Pit does use normal (not elite) mobs downstairs in the middle of the Pit, to get the bar filled to 100%.

It travels via mount down to them, while aggroing several elite mobs on its way, but it should drop them on the way, then safely arrive on their area, and start farming them. Some ranged classes could pull by accident some elites around, and die, but this have been happen very rarely on my tests.

ever since hb updated your profile doesn't work navigation wise keeps spamming its stuck when it isn't and I'm using singular.

If this is the same stuck, while the character is flying,
I have experienced this myself with quite a few profiles, so this looks like core HB issue, related to the flying.

I believe, I have already reported this issue to the Devs, but to get this stronger, anyone, who experience it, should report it too.

It seems, it triggers, after we stop and restart the bot for any reason, and then the character attempt to use the flying skill.

Yes, it can - I have built such autoloader, just need to setup some other un-announced features first, since they would work in synergy with it.
