i know but it was like a random ban some got banned some not me not on eu aswel us

HC's website obviously got hacked and the forums also contained "war-crawlers" sub-forums. while the hacked page says "The recent ban wave in Hearthstone hit a lot of users.".
Not to mention, juce said hes and co will continue to work on the bot. It is a matter of 2 days where the website will be back to its origins. Farewell.

Would you mind sharing the info? I am an ex HC user and plan on making the switch to hearthbuddy and test it on a new account. Also do you guys have a bot for diablo with no bans? Sorry for the off topic questions but my main one is can you tell us ex HC users what happened to them if their website really was not hacked like HCisAlive says?

Is it reliable for hardcore? And what difficulty can it function up to?
well, atleast you didn't just ignore the question, but i can also see now that they closed every social media site they had, expect for Google+
How can anyone say the website got hacked when the bot itself actually doesn`t work anymore (no connection/functionality whatsoever, no statement through different channels like on competitor sites or whatever).
Plus, they are not even honest enough to give refunds for people who bought a LIFETIME license like one week ago (what a joke). They could at least offer a partial refund, otherwise it`s just a rip-off.
the authentication server probably ran on the same server, but that aside every trace and social outlet they have is gone so they probably stopped.
i don't know if it's the same in their country, but in mine you can get a full refund on anything up to 14 days after purchase.

Maybe its because I have good credit, but my credit card refunded the charges immediately, even bypassing paypal

Would a refund be optional if you had it for around 1 month+? because I would like a refund for the lifetime license if its optional and I will bring it here xD
EDIT: also does hearthbuddy have like a gold hero farming option to stay around rank 20? Autoconcede?

I used Hearthcrawler for a while but when blizzard started giving out warnings that a ban is coming I stopped hence I am not banned 
. I knew it was bullshit when they kept saying dont be so paranoid the bot will stop automatically when they a banwave starts.
Its not a flag that will get you banned its a flag that will stop you from getting gold in casual mode. In ranked it doesnt matter.
