And you have seen these supposedly Chinese mega botters and their mega rigs with your own eyes? You have undeniable proof of it affecting the economy? There have been scientific papers proving that beyond the shadow of a doubt?
I can sell you legendary unids from my 20 bots and tell you i have two thousand, but i also have other customers, so i can give you a small part of what i get. Then i can go to the sea side for a two week vacation and tell you i was banned. In two weeks i will come back and start botting and selling you again, telling you i needed two weeks to resurrect my farm and reach plvl 100 on all my chars.

As for the 20 bots running on a single 3770K, as i have said before, it is possible, but considering the way people (including myself) bot today, it will be very inefficient. I am not entirely sure how many mp10 skip barbs this CPU will run. Anyhow, if you are using MP0 monks, being single chars(not in a party) it is entirely doable. Back before the bans, when i was planning to build the configuration around that cpu(i actually bought some of the parts i need), i didn't farm neither MP10 skip barbs nor party monks, so i was looking at things pretty differently. If we speak strictly possible or impossible, it is possible. If we are talking about efficiency, that's another thing- realistically it would run probably 15 barbs or something like that. Back when i was planning to build that botting rig, i didn't have the Render Disabler plugin and now i do- tbh, it lowers the CPU/GPU usage dramatically. Without it i once ran 12 instances on my AMD FX-8350. I couldn't OC it very well back then, because i didn't have the Fan/Heatsink/Tim/PSU that i needed in order to reach the CPU limit. So, i figured i would be able to push 20 on the Intel CPU. Now, that i have the RDisabler plugin i am convinced 20 single chars will run on that CPU. If the expansion actually comes any time soon and botting is profitable once again, i swear i am going to make screens/video of this, just for the sake of it.
 
Have they launched real pvp yet? Was probably 10 months ago since I last botted D3 so havent been keeping track, I did see they gave the players some kind of one on one pvp but no arena or modes. If they still havent launched pvp I wouldnt be surprised if the expansion gets released in time for christmas 2014 or maybe even later.

They stall and stall and lie to us daily. I haven't been looking at any forums or anything for months now and nothing has changed. Game is almost dead, expansion will revive it, all other hope is dead. Especially now, after someone suggested, that there won't be 1.09 itemization patch, but the expansion will come out instead.
 
yes a big hopefully that the xpac will revive the game. I have my doubts though. This 1.09 itemization patch, was that something that was confirmed by Blizz or was it just speculation?
 
At first they confirmed it, but i stopped paying attention to what these pricks say long time ago. Recently, someone here on the forum told me, that in light of the recent xpac news, it probably won't happen (1.09). They might go straight to xpac. Tbh, i don't give a shit, as long as the economy of the game goes back to a point, where we can all make profit. xD
 
I7 3770k oc'd to 4.5 will run 14 mp10 barbs @ 15fps/8tps and spike to 100% usage with no rendering.

i7 8xxx 6 core may run the 20+ you are looking for but its price is giant compared to 3770k.

I wish it would run 20 per ... but after 14 you start getting massive fps drops, hangups, and eventual entire system crashes.

I've settled for 12 per cpu at much higher settings.

Do you have any link to Blizz confirming any itemization patch? After looking into it it looks to be just rumours, I cant find anything on it from Blizzards side other than this: Community Commentary: The Potential of Loot 2.0 - Diablo III

But that isnt much to go on.

Yes, they have somhow confirmed it as they were talking about it themselves consistently. It wouldn't be the first time that they just delete stuff from their sites. For example, before diablo 3 was released they advertised it to have pvp (arenastyle, matchmaking, teamfights). Few weeks after release they changed that website and just deleted everything regarding pvp.
 
Don't get too excited, nothing was shown so far. There may not even be a playable version at gamescom, perhaps one at blizzcon but nothing is sure.
If there is a beta (or a demo version like for d3beta, LOL) it will take a few more monthes.
I bet for march/may 2014 or later.

In matter of diablo be SURE to be disapointed. We waited d2 1.10 for over a year, when it was supposed to be in a few weeks. D2 Ladder resets were supposed to be "often" after release and it took 1 year and a half for the first. D3 was "done" in 2008 but was out in 2012 because of gay wilfuckson thaught he was smarter than everyone and changed many things many times for no real reasons.
Pvp was promised and was a selling argument, it was removed. We can continue and even talk about the first d3 version which was not so bad ect...

It is EVERYTIME a disapointement, the only thing that was not disapointing is D2 lod.

I said before months that I trust in Blizzard's greed. This was in a timeline/plan after all! So fat bucks in a few months I guess?
