Am I the only one who just got banned right now?

So is it still worth getting it seems like their *****ing down on botters hard

Actually, a lot of people have said that they only use CR, and that they were banned. The common thread here is the tripwire event.

Btw not a salty mofo, i''ve never used your Garrison Boss. I have been botting heaps, almost non stop on my bot accounts and i'm alive. (no CRs, or Garrison buddy/boss/whateva)

Im not dev, but beta tester only and as such, I am testing it on more than 30 characters every day. That is why I had to clear it out, that pathing is completely random every time.

Beside that, spreading false assumptions, based only on rumors is nothing a mature person can be proud of.

For the statistics, out of ~70 ban reports, which took place in the Ban Section - Ban Reports since 24th of march, only 4 have mentioned using GarrisonBoss as botbase, so this is clear more than anything.

Of course, everyone with doubts is free to search its own! It took less than 10 sec anyway!
 
Put on your tinfoil hats, It was Blizz that wrote Enyo's Bot and put in some code that would allow them to detect you all. HAHAHAHA jks

i used to use Enyo and Garrison bots all the time before the trip wire event but having use any HB since ( i got my tinfoil hat on good and propa)

over the week end i am planing to use a CR in LFR modified of course and ill let you all know if i get band :D

I didn't have the intention for witch hunting or spreading false assumptions, and I'm sorry if my post did all that........XD
I was posting information for others to utilize. THAT is what forums and threads like these are for, arent they?

PLUS, I was also referring (meant to refer) to all GARRISON PLUGINS, I wasn't singling out Garrison Boss....(there is also garrison butler/budddy/friend too etc)

I just have a bit of a rant about garrisons. Of COURSE we are going to turn to garrison bots, because the game play design of garrisons is so pitiful Bliz should be ashamed of itself. If you can tell me what is fun about picking herbs and mining ore every damn day, then you're a better man than I am Gunga Din. We have garrisons full of people wandering around, even followers assigned to various buildings, but do they do any of this laborious work? No!

The design is inconsistent because we can pick up a cache of garrison resources every day, but that cache does not include the completed work orders, ore, herbs that were generated in that time period. I don't care how much work that is to code, I just care about how annoying it is for a player to have to go gather all that crap when it could be handled in a less boring way. A recent patch finally got around to letting us submit all work orders at the same time, instead of individually. About time! (yeah, yeah, progressive development, I know, but in the meantime the players pay the price.)

It is natural for people to want to automate boring tasks and maximize their time. The approved addon Master Plan gathers all the information needed for a mission and slots in appropriate followers so that all the player has to do is press a button to initiate the mission. Then press 1 button to complete all finished missions. That's allowed and supported, but a mechanism that walks the character from building to building picking up completed work orders isn't? IMO that's completely inconsistent. And really, if I'm the commander of a garrison full of people, I would have someone who reports to me on all the activity on the site, I wouldn't be getting my hands dirty picking herbs and mining ore myself.

Thank you to all the garrison bot and plugin developers -- you have made those horrible garrisons a lot less painful.
 
Have been using garrison butler light and all cr's over multiple toons including warlock. Guess what my toons are still up and running. I'm so sick of people coming on here and screaming ban wave.

1. 40 people doesn't = ban wave
2. Bot reasonably and no ban
3. HB goes down with new detection methods therefore protecting accounts.
5. Tinfoil is cheaper at woolworths
 
this is why i dont risk it with dungeons. i only quest, may take ALOT longer, but its safer all round

Good lord how I miss Woolworths. My mom would take me there after school and we'd have a grilled cheese sammich and fries. Dem memories :)

It doesn't matter that many people explain why this is plainly not true. The concept is so deeply buried in the casual Hb user that they won't try to reason it.

We are not in 2008 anymore. This is not Glider. Blizzard wants profit.

been using enyo almost everyday, used garrison bots a few times and thats my botting right there.
was using both the night of tripwire but wasnt active during tripwire. no bans.
 
ive leved 7 charters useing kicks and no ban i was on for trip wire as well so i just stoped botting till the bot was back for a week and works great again. also not banned.
 
this late bans reminds decimation in roman army, just ban every 10th acc who botted and let ppl guess whats going on.

Used my bot for farming Voidtalon of the Dark Star, got my bot disconnected while Tripwire, started it again when it was over; using only Singular CR, no addons, just running from point to point, sometimes killing mobs. And I think it was a report. Oh, and it was my main account with heroic-epoch stuff on char (dumb,dumb,dumb ><), but it might played a part in reducing ban duration.

PS I think there were other bans for european accounts, but may be some people don't know English well enough or don't know about that topic...

I think you got reported yeah, if they let you go that easily they probably do not have prof that you boted..
