[PAID] Akatosh Quester Profiless QuestBot 1 - 70, 90-96 Alliance

Will you add 90-100 as well and how long will the expansion price last (I'd like to try it first but as long as we don't have a HB release...)?

Expansion price will last until HB is niec and stable and is working good.

90-100 will be added as a free update, I have 1-90 done but it was still in testing before the pre-systems patch.
 
It depends on how long it takes the team to review it, they have to do it a lot so it may be up to like 3 days depending on the speed.
 
Changelog for the new version, Has to be approved beore it will be live though.

  • Added : a zone override control to the GUI
  • Added : Random Mounts checkbox in the HB GUI now summons a random mount every time
  • Added : A new checkbox in the Quest Tab in the GUI that allows you to use a flying mount while questing rather than a ground mount only. Uses your HB main settings still for which mount

  • Changed : Updated the way hotspots were generated to give it a more natural progression between all the kill points
  • Changed : Updated to show more log messages
  • Changed : Fixed a few quest bugs

I remember when a profileless questing bot like this was mooted in the old wiki. Amazed to see it's actually been done.
I have a few questions though.

1) Does this only pick up quests you have in the database? If a quest isn't (yet) in the system, the bot ignores it completely? Or does it pick up everything and clog up your log?
2) Are you planning on having all quests profiled eventually (loremaster)? How about dailies/holiday event chains?
3) Will this handle vehicle quests?
4) How about avoiding elite mobs or encounter logic (a la Brodie's profiles)?
5) Finally, how is progress on the horde-side quests going?

1. It will only pickup quests that are in the database so ones it can actually do.
2. My plan is to have loremaster and I have done as many quests in each zone as possible that are time management and then make multiple passes through them. Right now the goal is 1-100 then the rest of the loremaster quests.
2.5. I am planning to have dailies for WoD and for the older expansions after it does 1-100 and all the holidays
3. Vehicle quests I have an auto aiming system ill attach a picture.
4. I have Elite avoiding in place but mine will be a lot more complex so im still fixing some things up on it, but it will be in an upcoming update
5. The hardest part of the questbot is the AI and not the quests since it does everything without me telling it to do a single thing. Now that the AI is mostly done horde has been going pretty fast, but the priority is alliance 1-90 followed by horde 1-90
 
Just running the trial version and have only watched levels 1-5 on a human but if it continues the way it's been going, I'll definitely be purchasing this. Most impressive! Very smooth!

Yes, it will support full 1-100 alliance with free updates. Horde will be a separate purchase though since questing is such a massive project.
 
I went ahead and purchased it because even though it's not 100% perfect it's pretty awesome. I'll post issues as I come across them.

Issue #1) Trying to turn in quest "Ending the Invasion" Standing right next to turn in NPC but bot indicates it's stuck. This happened prior to this log but I deleted all logs, started HB again, and started Akatosh again with the same result. Manually turned the quest in and it moved on. 19:38:03 in log #1

Issue #2) Trying to pick up quest "Gold Dust Exchange" from Remy Two Times. Bot keeps opening and closing quest window without ever accepting the quest. Manually accepted and it moved on. 19:48:56 in log #2.

Issue #3) Bot is in Jasperlode Mine area. Instead of entering the mine, he goes to the East side of the mine entrance where Akatosh starts spamming Attempting Jump to Unstuck. Around 10:55 in log #2.
Edit: Moved inside of the mine entrance, pressed start, bot ran back outside around to the same spot. Manually moved inside to complete Scout through the Jasperlode mine. Once that was completed, pressed start and we're now advancing on to the next quests as we should be.

Thanks for the logs, have a guy moving to those quests now to see if I can get them fixed.

Fixed Issue #1, HB thinks that the quest was an invisible turn in, so had to create a work around. Will be in the next update. Moving to #2 and #3 now.
