This is my personal opinion on the matter. Everyone that payed for this project where it was still actively being worked on should be refunded. Unless Nat pulls his sh't together and starts supporting this project again. The reason for the refund would be quite simple: We payed for a "Complete" Botbase and got a broken/half working/no longer supported bot base instead. If I was Bossland GmbH and I saw that one of the products sold on the market was 1. not supported 2. filled with bugs. 3. not ready to be sold as a complete. I would remove it from the shop and refund the correct amount to the victims of this "scam". I wouldn't call it a scam yet because I have no idea what is going on with Nat, he may have had some serious injury or just outright cannot work on this product anymore, but it sure looks like one.

Yeah, a statement would be nice from hb on the matter. I don't think he scammed us, apparently he has done a LOT of work for hb in the past. So I'm guessing something came up and he is no longer able to put time into this project, so I agree that refunds should be given out for those that want out.
He is not a scammer and I don't speak on his behalf but he is a very busy person. The work he is doing is a great thing although extremely hard to do (in my eyes) this type of QuestBot would eliminate the need for absolute questing and would be dynamic questing (start at level 51 and you'll get no bugs etc, at the moment this isn't possible) only other quest developers can appreciate this as it's quite challenging.

I'm not a dev or anything, but I do appreciate the attempt at making quest profiles obsolete more or less. It's natural progression with technology, I do think that this is a much better way to handle quests. That's why I've supported him since it launched on the store. I was just saying that it has been a long time, and I'm sure he is really busy. But the fact still remains that if there are no updates to it, and no word from the main dev in over like six months? (maybe less than that, but still) people should be offered refunds if they want out because it isn't fair to them.
That's not good. Maybe BossLand can't get ahold of Nat so they can't stop it until they get contact from him. But, if no contact in 6 months to a year then I agree that Bossland needs to take it down since its not working. Since the new version Buddy Store files haven't been working so maybe that's the problem as well, maybe devs have to re-write their profiles to get them to work again. I hope HB works again right now the bot is broken due to profiles not working properly. 
Don't want to get a refund in case this comes alive again, but, with no word, it seems that it's another one of those where the author has disappeared. Noticed a few devs disappeared after the ban wave, but it seems Nat disappeared long before this. Had a lot of promise but unusable now. By the terms of buddy store I guess all who purchased it are due a refund? A news update would be good at least.
