Accounts banned

God listen to yourself, you state you touched nothing but DB... but you bought a account from someone else, you really think these people are leveling them manually no. They use powerleveling, logging in on different computers from different locations... face it, you are dumb for buying an account from someone.

NOT DB, just stupidity on users level.

Botted 28 hours straight off the treasure rat (Sarkoth), maybe 2 days total. The rest of the week tested random profiles seeing what works or not and my account is fine.

Tell that to my 6 Softcore DH's running 18 hours a day (all same IP, same Computer) or to by 6 Hardcore Barbs running 15 hours a day (all same IP, same computer but different computer than the DHs).

All under my real name, address, all accounts purchased through Blizzard Digital Store. All emails are nearly identical ([email protected], [email protected] and so on to 12).

If you are going to say, "don't worry yours is coming", I would like to point you to my 3 years 24/7 running WoW accounts, same computer, same IP.

So don't, assume anything when it comes to Blizzard

Fact of the matter is that your time MIGHT be coming, so I'd go about it more intelligently.

Like you said, don't assume ANYTHING when it comes to Blizzard, including your past history with WoW. WoW =/= D3. Different Warmods, different script scans, different EVERYTHING.

I know if I was at Blizzard I'd damn well be scanning HWID and IPs for multiple connections. 6 accounts on the same HWID? That's an instaban in my mind. I wouldn't even investigate. It would be a ban in an instant.

In case you haven't done a lot of research, a lot of times companies will sit aside and let botters and goldfarmers go, and sell all the gold they want to people, and then ban the botters/goldfarmers/gold buyers that a single gold farmer interacted with in one swoop. Happened countless times in Final Fantasy XI. Could Blizzard be doing this? Sure. Could they not be? Sure.

just curious, what happens with my wow annual pass if they ban my diablo 3 account? can I dismiss it?

Change of heart? Nope. I still don't think IP has anything to do with it, but I'm not so stupid that I can't learn from my mistakes. I still think it won't change anything, but I'd rather be safe that sorry.

As to the other guy calling me stupid. Why do you automatically assume I bought them from a resaler? I bought those two fully geared, fully played, from people I know IRL that got bored with the game. They can barely turn their PC on, let alone know what a "bot" is.

But thanks for your retarded input.

Again, this isn't a QQ thread, nor am I blaming DB. I have no clue WHY I got banned, I'm just trying to give you as much info as I can so you may find a link, or maybe prevent it from happening to you.

On another note, still no answer to my tickets yet.

To all the "I bot 24/7 and haven't been banned", all that means is your account was not looked at. If it ever gets investigated, you're most certainly getting banned as soon as they see that it has been running 24/7. 24/7 botting gets you banned, it's just common sense.

You're obviously right. Blizzard has a completely different program detecting cheats and a different department handling bans/suspensions. Wait, no, same Blizz that I've been botting with for 3 years in WoW the exact same way.

It's called banwaves, and Blizzard has been doing them for years in WoW. You can say all you want WoW =/= D3, but the scanning is the same, so are the people checking the scans, the people investigating and issuing bans, and the same people that you talk to to get your account unbanned.

D3 botting is the SAME THING as WoW botting. Be smart. 24/7 Botting in D3 will most likely get you banned. Botting 15 hours a day is easily feasible as thousands of people do it by hand everyday running Sarkoth.

You do realize that when you buy that pretty new Demon Hunter, you don't know where she's been? That bitch could've been flirting with another bot for a month by now? Recent players list can give you the shaft? Change of IP can get you flagged? Urrgh, gross.

Not that hard to bot from 1-60 using DB.

I bought it from IRL friend, so I pretty much know who she's been with ;)

Well this should shut some people up!

Thanks Googleboy

Edit - He deleted post O.o

I doubt that, because you stated in your previous post you were looking for another Eu account passed 60 and you could not find one... I also doubt of your friends quit, and sold you the accounts.

But its okay, you don't have to try and cover up your mistakes... they allow you to learn and improve next time.

Hey to the Thread Starter, I'm sorry for your loss, damn. I just wanted to ask how long exactly did you have the accounts botting for? Approximately if you don't remember exactly thanks man.

I also got one account banned , only used DB on that account , have 2 other accounts using other bot programs, nothing happend to these accounts :-(

Care to post details???

1. what profile?
2. How long were you botting?
3. Did you level account yourself?
4. Banned account on same IP/comp as other??

I ran DB for like 3-4 hours doing the script Queen [lvl 2-14] and [Act1] Highlands Passage [lvl 12-18]. I dont know how much i farmed from level 1-14, and no , i did not sell anything.
Yes DB ran on same IP as the 2 other Bot Accounts, they are safe still running with other bot program :-)

by botting for 24/7 earns me ~50 more usd than 15/7 per day :) thats from 6 accounts... 1 month of botting 24/7 would net me around 1.5k more than u.... im pretty sure thats worth the risk

did you buy that account from a legit seller?

You know what's the difference between WoW and D3 (other than one sucks more than the other)? One's an MMO and the other is a single player game.

If you bot 24/7 on WoW, you're bound to be noticed and reported by someone at some point (of course this can be alleviated by using multiple characters per account and different farming locations to keep a low profile).
On a single player game, who's gonna report you?
As long as you're don't bot 24/7 on your main account (in case you have not-so-good friends) and avoid public games, the answer is: no one.

Sure, if they take a look at your accounts they'll obviously realize you can't be playing the game 24/7, but the only ways they can catch you are: a) warden based detection (not gonna happen) b) scripts (whether you bot 24/7 or 16/7, chances are you'd still get hit).

For argument's sake, here's a SS of my desktop:

SS.webp

The 7 from the right, I've had running 24/7 (barring server downtime) since week 2 of D3 (so 5 weeks ago). The 3 on the left I got to test DB with (though they aren't up 24/7 due to crashes and stuff).
ALL have used the recently nerfed ZK "trick".

Stop talking out of your asses people.

EDIT: I've also sold billions of gold, both to private buyers and the chinese (I generate more per day than my private buyers buy).
