My account has been locked twice in the past two days, both times while at work and using the BuddyStats page to start / stop my bot.
Locked is not the same thing as banned, Locked usually means it's protecting your account for various reasons mainly a log in from multiple places in a short time.
Ok, so when this happens... it means people have been trying to log into your account from too many different locations. It is a prevention lock that Blizzard put in, although very poor and hardly works, to help prevent people hacking other's accounts. It forces a password reset and then you need your secret security question to help unlock the account.When to log in and had message account locked
