[PAID] Accessary Routines - Paladin

  • Trinket, ring and potion usages are implemented.
  • In-game UI can now be scaled up and down.
 
Loving the profile's I've tested but I do have a few complaints about Holy. I've attached a log to showcase some of it hopefully.

It never uses sacred shield, despite being an automatic talent the bot picks itself.
Additionally, would love it if the bot would cast flash of light instead of holy light once the target is below ~55% HP.
It also tries to heal while moving sometimes, not sure if the log can showcase this but typically it'll be when the group is moving but the bot wants to heal.

Appreciate the hard work and all in all, I'm loving the CR's especially for DPS classes. Hope to see more of your work :o

Hi, bael. Thank you for the feedback and the log file.

Sacred shield will be used more often in the next version. There seems to be a miscalculation for its usage.

I will add a Healing Modifier option soon that you can determine between a more aggressive or mana conservative play style.

There is not much I can do regarding the movement issue as it is the botbase that determines when to call the routine and when to move with the group.

Glad to hear a sacred shield change is coming, if possible a small tool tip for the differences between Aggressive & Mana conserving healing would be awesome to see.

Had a feeling the movement was more to do with the botbase, just not used to seeing it I suppose.

I thought Selfless Healer was the primary choice in that tier for Retribution paladins.

According to people I've spoken to and personal experience it's a talent tier that gets evaluated on a per fight basis. With lots of chip damage Sacred Shield pulls ahead because it's much less likely to be wasted. Selfless Healer is for fights with more infrequent but larger hits to help healers out. Some put it as simple as "do you want to help healers by taking less damage or help them by healing others?"
 
Can we get a hotkey for pausing the CR ? And which bot do you recommend running this with ?

I have some feedback.
This CR is really not good for PVP, atleast not paladin spec. I've tried both ret and holy and it's really underperforming.
The CR doesn't seem to get anything done, there's not much healing. Basically just using Holy shock on CD and that's it. Doesnt use shields or Beacon of light on teammates.

What needs to be changed:
Remove click to move, Or atleast use an option to turn it off.
More customizeability, e.g let us use certain hotkeys for burst, shields, defensive CD's etc. Take a look at Gladiator's suite, they do this really well.

I have not tried PVE so i can't comment on that part but the others seem to praise it.

I just purchased cr for holy. Eternal Flame build seems pretty solid. Very low overhealing, nice reaction time, however it is forced to heal as if mana was an issue and you are extremely undergeared. Sacred Shield, as posted above doesn't work, but the main issue I'm having is Selfless Healer. It casts Judgment great, but then uses holy light, and never Flash of Light, meaning it never uses Selfless Healer stacks. Holy Light has no place whatsoever in a Selfless Healer build, neither does Word of Glory or even Holy Radiance. Check the parses of any of the top 100 holy paladins. 90%ish use Selfless Healer with a rotation such as Holy Shock<Judgment<Flash of Light<Flash of Light/Holy Prism/Light of Dawn. I'm not sure where you got your ideas for Selfless Healer, but seems easy to fix and would make this cr rather strong.

Rotation with Avenging Wrath: Holy Shock<Judgment<Flash of Light<Holy Shock<Flash of Light<Judgment<Holy Shock<Flash of Light<Light of Dawn

Rotation with Bloodlust AND Avenging Wrath: Holy Shock<Flash of Light, repeat!

Pausing the CR and removing CTM should be handled by the botbases. Most of them features a pause hotkey.

I didn't have much time to test Holy spec in PvP. I will run some tests asap and let you know.

I will be working on the Sacred Shield issues today.

It would be good if you could attach a log file so I could investigate Selfless Healer issues in depth. Nonetheless, I will run some test for it together with Sacred Shield changes.

As I mentioned before, I will also add a slider to choose between more aggressive or mana conservative play style.

  • [Holy] Fixed Selfless Healer stack count detection. This should greatly improve the rotation for Selfless Healer.
  • [Holy] Fixed Sacred Shield miscalculation. It should be properly used now.
  • [Holy] Heal target detection fix in arena and battlegrounds.
 
As far as I can tell, the bot is not using 'fist of justice' in prot spec. Can you add support?

It's better definitely, but is it optimal for raiding as Selfless Healer, not yet. I appreciate your desire to produce low overhealing, however, doing so really squelches Illuminated Healing. Your slider idea might be just what is needed to fix it.
 
Hey Dommy, were you ever able to implement a fix for raid when cooldown is set to boss, and the CR is popping cooldowns on level 102 elite trash?
 
Can someone let me know how the holy on this CR plays out? Is it better than reflux? I see a lot of rave reviews for ret but none for holy

Fist of Justice is saved to be used for interrupting. Under which other conditions would you like it to be used?

Unfortunately, this seems like a Honorbuddy bug that I can't really workaround. How crucial is this issue?

  • [Holy] Healing Modifier has been added. You can increase/decrease the modifier to get a more aggressive or more mana conservative play style.
