Anyone got the barb to keep the special skill (earthquake \ insanity) for elites only?
just had time to monitor a little and he wastes it on normal mobs, making it useless to put in the skill bar as it has a long cooldown.

I have to agree with you here, this weekend i botted 24/7 and got 4-5 drops that i THINK i can sell, notting more than 2kk. the profile is awesome, running flawless but i think the drop in act1 is sux, the game is alrdy broken, it's hard to sell anything at least for me. This week I'll try a GF set and/or the act2 profile(idk if my bot/barb can handle) and make money selling savaged materials tomes and emeralds

I am work right now but I will make a short post about my barb, which I hope will help those dying/lacking a lot of defence. Key is to use the Revenge with knockback rune because it gives you more space. Logic: Let's say 4 blue mobs cast arcane/plague/descrator near you then run towards you. When Revenge procs, you knock them all away AND YOU FOLLOW THEM therefore you "kite yourself" out of the AOE range of plague/arcane. Granted this is not perfect and still dies when a string of Ice or jailer goes off forcing me to stand in arcane/descretaor/plagued, but I supplement it with casting Overpower (reflect damage) when at 90% HP, and Leap (Iron Impact) when at ~70% HP. This pretty much gives me full negation of incoming damage AT ALL TIMES not just against elites or packs of big mobs. I have died a few times to normal mobs (those giant trees casting AOE poison flowers + 3 hulking beast that charged me + Khzara shaman that slowed me while DB had me following one random goblin) and that is why I set those Overpower and Leap to %HP instead of "Whenever off cooldown" or "against elites".

My stats:
1400 str
600 vit = around 28k hp (i have some % life)
6.5k armour
750 res unbuffed
1500 LOH
30% crit 200% crit damage (mostly from weapons)

I use 2x 1handed weapons that were expensive. Everything else on my gear just was Str + all res + crit chance. Most champion packs die in 1 minute or so.

I have a comment/question. Why is everyone using Belphagor? I just use Generic and the skills I use are

Frenzy (mostly SideArm, set to Not on Cooldown)
Warcry (Impunity, set to every 30 seconds)
Revenge (the knockback rune, set to when 1 mob nearby)
Overpower (reflect damage, set to 90% of HP)
Leap (Iron Impact, set to 70% HP)
Threatning Shout (either fear or taunt, set to elites only) (sometimes replaced with Sprint + 50% rune)

Passives:
SuperStition or Ruthelessness
Armour (either Tough as Nails or Nerves of Steel)
Berserker Rage (because 25% damage --> I crit for 100k per frenzy swing while dual wielding)

Follower: Enchantress with Armor + attack speed

Edit: Forgot to mention, the reason I put Revenge + knockback rune on 1 mob nearby is because, with all the correct plugins, my barb will ingnore the random mobs. Sometimes he gets ganged by 10 mobs. When he revenges, he knocks them all away and keeps running. Keeps the runs a bit shorter. I average 4 games per hour and 0 deaths.

its not all about luck, at first I was running with 0MF and made about 5m in 2 days. I then spent a decent chunk of gold to buy pretty much the exact same gear I had (stat wise) but with MF on it as well. I am now finding a LOT of really good items much more often. Not just more rares, but better rares.

it pays for itself so fast. without MF I did not get to much, now that I have 180+ base MF and can still kill stuff I have found an ammy worth 25m+ gloves worth 5m+ and tons of 1m+ items. Before that I did not find those kinds of items frequently.

I only spend about 15m on my gear (not including weapon) So it was very worth it. You just have to check the AH a lot and find good deals.

Ya everyone starts with 0 MF gear lol. BUt you find your way with items here and there and then you eventually get all your preferred stats PLUS MF. Then you win. I am still making about 4 million per day only 25% MF on my gear

Well, i have 200% MF, can do full afk runnings in 20-25 mins without death's and spent 20m on ekips and i'm far away to get back this money. So i think is about lucky as the guy told up there, and is fact i don't have any lucky LOL.

One thing, If i Die it won't properlly sell my items when full and gets stuck sometimes around the edges of the map or at the entrance to "New tristram" right at the bridge.

is there a loot rule I may have changed or should I just stop & restart the profile if I die?

which version of db you use? 1.85 updated cause these problems. Go back to 1.80 then your problems should be solve

DemonBuddy .185 has accidentally removed support for the "FollowerSpecial" itemType in rules files (a new feature added in .180). Because of this, all rules files for this plugin are currently broke in .185. I advise everybody to stick to .180 for now as there may be other item-related issues from things being accidentally deleted, but if you cannot revert, then remove all references to the FollowerSpecial in your rules files.
