[A1 - Inferno] Champion-Farming

After looking through the logs, on another stuck here in the trees that the profile restarter couldn't dislodge I'm not seeing any deaths whatsoever in this entire session.
I'm just going to chalk it up as bad luck.


I'm intrigued though... explain in better detail what you mean when you say this "Another this is Warden. It would with the current DB to make a profile that could find a click all those skeletons".
I don't exactly know what you mean. It may help me increase the rate in which I'm getting that random area to complete.
Well the jail is built by small boxes that D3 server put randomly together, they do follow a pattern, but the pattern change also. The pattern changes are too great so we cant do checks for all
the skeletons. If you think about how the warden jails look like youll probably understand what im talking about.

All parts of the world are built buy one "base map" and in that "base map" you have blocks that can switch between different layouts. This goes for dungeon aswell. Its atm impossible to make a profile around
but hopefully DB will evoulve a system that would recognice which map you are currently playing and how to navigate it. If you want to learn more they explain the difference here.

I don't know if you've already tried it or not - but personally I only use DB built-in unstucker now, and with all the work from Radonic & 5avage, this profile is (almost) perfect - I've seen one stuck on all my bots in the last 48 hours, and I forgot to screenshot it (I think it was probably bad luck - my bot probably followed a tough mob very far away). The only plugins I have are, rather egotistically, my own - MonsterPriorityChanger (v1.3), Stash Replacer (v1.6) and World Object Handler (1.2.2). In DemonBuddy settings tab, I have Death Handling set to "Logout", and Inactivity Time set to 1 (just one - 1 minute that is).


Will try this Giles. I'm using your plugins as well.
Though, I'm afraid the only thing that will make a difference is the inactivity timer since I'm not dying. I just watched my barb take on 2 elite packs and shit was everywhere; he killed it all without any fear of death.
I'm scratching my head here... I feel like it's something annoyingly simple.

ohhhh, totally misinterpreted what you meant by "warden" haha.
Makes sense now. I wasn't even thinking about that part of the dungeon.

built in unstucker is the Inactivity time?
 
oh that one.. lol i always see it do that in exact same spots too when its not even stuck.. get weird lag says path with x hops received etc etc... i dunno why..
 
i wonder if theres a place like warriors rest in Act 3.. that'd be awesome.. A1-A2 drops no plans or designs worth selling :(

Yeah I was starting to wonder about this - I haven't actually looked up any info on this so it might already be known to everybody - but is it just IMPOSSIBLE for any good plans/designs to drop in A1 (or even A2)? Cos I've never found one, ever :O And getting fed up of all these useless plans, might take them out of my rules files :P
 
a1=4 prop plans
a2= 5prop flawless star+(?) not sure if flawless or perfect but i ve found one during goblin runs.
a3+ all plans and designs+ legendary plans

ya i already disabled the plans long ago for a1-a2.
 
Well i dont think such a place exist in Act3 or Act4. When DB patches so you can read which effects your hero is under. We will probably be able to make plugins so we can avoid alot of dmg. I think we would be able to bot act3 then.

Just want to show a place I got stuck at. stuck.webp Was not running unstucker. Just Giles 3 plugins and profile restarter
 
Hello i got an issue. Sorry if it have been asked already, i didn't read the 50+ pages of the topic.

The bot keep trying to loot items even when bag is full insteed of tp > empty bag > return & continue.

How can i resolve it please ?

Not egotistical, they work beautifully, everyone should use them, just because you wrote them doesn't mean you shouldn't be proud enough to say they are the only ones you use.

Much better than the default system that handles loot.

Actually, am very sorry to say this, but my plugin will only help stashing of items, and salvaging of items. Does not affect item pickup code at all - this is Demonbuddy. :( I actually just posted about this issue 2 minutes ago, will copy my post below;

Not sure but it is not recognizing that my stash is full and won't go to vendor. Just keeps trying to pick up an item. I reinstalled DB and was still having problems. Went back to 1.5 and the problem went away.
You mean backpack, not stash. And this is a random fault in DemonBuddy. I should probably add a note to the first post as a few people encounter this and think it might be the plugin! This plugin does not affect the pickup code at all. If your problem is picking an item up to put in backpack, this is entirely DB code. This plugin only kicks in once you teleport to town and identify your items. The plugin takes over the stash part, and the salvage part, nothing else!

Demonbuddy - at random - will mis-read an item's data. It will think a 1 slot item is 2 slot, a 2 slot item is 1 slot, and sometimes fail to register the item at all. This means - entirely at random - it can think you have more space in your backpack than you actually do. And so it can get stuck forever trying to pickup an item. Restarting DB can force it to re-read the items properly. Leaving & resuming the game can too (but would mean you lost the items trying to be picked up). There is no fix for DemonBuddy failing to read Diablo 3 memory at random - we have to wait for the DB team to fix this and endure these random problems for now. (an unstucker that detects you stuck in one place for XX time and relogs you may help you out, if DB's own Inactivity time setting is not working).

I keep meaning to get around to see if it's possible to code custom item pickup code, but then again keep hoping DemonBuddy will fix their own problems themselves - I prefer my plugins to improve on features, rather than fix core bugs, since I don't get paid by DemonBuddy ;)

Yeah, not to be cocky, but it seems there is not alot that happends with DB atm. I dont know if they got some big release going on but the bot have been pretty much the same for awhile now. They just add features that we offen already got plugins for. I mean this looting problem have been there from the start. One thing ill give them is that the nav system is alot better then before. But it still seems off to me...

I got alot of respect f?r the developers, they are awesome and so on. But i mean they got ALOT of different bots now for different games, and i still see the same developers reply on forum posts. It would be nice if we atleast could get some info of whats on their table so you could get a better time graps of when things are going to get fixed. Im surprised that they didnt add the feature when you can get wait timers between games already from the start and im surprised to see that they didnt add all weapon types to the looting system from launch.

What im thinking is that the "buddy bot", the original source, that all the buddy bots are based on, are to simple for Diablo 3. They made posts about that the D3 world are really complicated and its really hard to make an failproof navigator. So they might have to rewrite pretty much the whole core of the bot to add features like, auto navigation through dungeons. With all these bans from doing short runs, we really need that kind of system. But i dont think we will see one soon and mean while. We have to change tactics. It would be awesome if we could get more people to work on this profile. I got so many ideas but i can really do them all myself and 5avage are busy atm. If someone is up for the challange, you can PM me!
 
wtf... i just saw a blue champion pack with 0 affix's in A1 inferno. Bot killed it in like 5 hits.. is it some known bug? it was in southern highlands..

This is a D3 bug, they have affixes but they doesnt show!
