[A1 - Inferno] Champion-Farming

I thought the maps for the outside zones are randomized as well. Is that not true? Or are they always the same shape and features?
 
I seem to be getting stuck at this spot regularly. I'm using v1.54 of the profile and the recommended plugins. Is this a new one, or old news?

When i run your act 2 profile it trys to connect to a public game and won't work. would love you to extend your act 2 profile and tell me which quest you run it on atm im using this act 1 profile, which is fucking awsome btw. dont think you can add much to this one until demonbudy mapping is improved. then maybe look at a full butcher runs :)

wouldnt mind an act 3 one aswell, think that with the right gear it would be double, but for now id say act 2 is more reaslistic.

First off, thank you for broing me :D Secound off, im working on the 1.6 profile for act1 now with an reworked festering woods. After that i think the profile will me pretty much 100% though i would like to have Leorics hunting grounds aswell. But the nav system goes haywire there... Dont know why... I will have more time for the Act 2 profile, i know abit more how i should make it and which zones.

I was looping the 1.5.4. festering woods a bit. Had a random stuck at #3 once but cannot replicate it.
The biggest Problem tho is leaving the dungeons. It seems the WaitTimer makes the bot pause and so it wont attack any monsters. It happend to me that the pausing time was long enough for a complete swarm to surround me and block me in / kill me without my wiz doing anything.
I have no idea how this could be fixed.. hope you have :D

Sweet cheers dude and yer id love it it we had the ability to do halls of agony but i just do think its plausible with demonbudys current mapping system.

wish i had a clue how to code in demon/honor budy then i'd help you out. and yer when you can do act 2 one ill switch straight to it, get paid friday so will drop you a donation for your work ^^

for act 2 id recommend:

dahlgur oasis, waterlogged passage, desolate sands. dunno how you'd map them but i think those are best tbh :)

When the hero leaves the dungeon the wait is there because sometime the bot trys to move when the champion is "walking" out the cave and the server wont allow movement. So the bot think its stuck and start to anti stuck. Which is annoying. Also i turned the combat off when the hero walks out so he can go "clean" to a safe waypoint and in that way we wont have so much stucks after combat as we have. I will do this when the hero is walking into the dungeon aswell. Im reworking it now to go smooth, without any hiccups and hopefully minimal stucks. Why i have to go through so much trouble is because the nav system have BIG troubles with the Z cordinate. When you walk to a higher or lower level of ground. Because both Warriors rest and CotA are lower then the accual ground the bot thinks it a wall or a hole, so it doesnt wanna walk there and get stuck...

I havnt put any donation link up, i just might have to :P Thank you anyway for the spots in act2 ill look at the straight way!

Sorry, no pics from me last night, still struggling to gear up to be able to run around without getting killed, hopefully I should be able to start running the profile tonight and see if there are any dramas.

Hope youll find the gear you are looking foor soon. Because this profile is going to get awhole much better :)
 
How's everyone's luck with drops? I'm using 61+ rares, and have looted probably ~400 rares. One thing that was worth about a mil :(, lots of stuff for a few 100k but nothin actually good. ;/ SOO many legendaries on the other hand (all bad), like 3 tal rasha chests, zuni mask, all these shit weaps
 
One thing I'll say, Giles about your stash replacer - I seem to be stashing some really crappy 1hand xbows (like 400dps with good stats). I use the default scale for weapons

I hope so too, I only have one account and still just watch it run a few profiles or farm by hand, not interested in running the same profile like Sark over and over again, surely Blizz isn't stupid and know already who has been doing this. So I am cash poor so the equipment hunting is done at bargin basement pricing, just hope to get lucky with some auctions now and then, so it is a drawn out process.

I have managed to get 6 pieces I am really happy with the stats on, just need some auction luck to go my way :)

I got my barb geared enough to run this profile for just about 10m. My DPS is low so it takes a while (I plan on upgrading gear as I find stuff and get more gold) but it gets the job done. I just stacked all defense stats and got what little strength I could afford to get on pieces.

Will get stuck at red circle marked on picture (behind the pillar). Seems like when it's there nav server can not generate a path, cuz I can feel the freeze stutter when the bot is there every few seconds.
