[A-Quest]The Jade Forest(85-86)

Any update on the status of this potentially wonderful profile? I attempted to run it on one of my chars but it sent me straight to the beginning of Valley of the Four Winds..
 
[Quest] Pandaren - Horde 1 to 90 By [Cava]

how would this lvl my alot there istnt any mutch in it can it lvl me to 90?
 
Hi, for some reason my guy got stuck trying to fly somewhere that it didnt have the flight path to, but it wasnt done questing in that area.

any ideas???

I think there was another Thread with the 1-90 title. And i remember right, there was a progress bar where you can see the lowlvl areas. and i think cavas profile is between lvl5-20.
 
Has nothing directly to do with this Profile. But for all ... if you got any issue about Meshs or your Toon hanging at some Object, please report this to the Navigation thread

i think if everybody reports the navigation problem we will get really soon a near perfect working lvl profile in combination profile dev and navigation devs.
 
To those who are troubled with the toon trying to pick up the quest again and again: I removed all my quests, first outside jade forest (didnt work) then inside. I won.

TL;DR Removing quests from log fixed eternal pickup bug in one instance (mine).

Bug report using the latest files from the SVN.

I had already done the first few Mists quests manually (talk to the King through roping down off the Skyfire). I ran the profile and it presented a dialog that said to start the profile in Stormwind. I hearthed, closed and restarted HB and ran the profile again. The bot just stands there :(

As you'll see in the log, I ran the default profile "[Quest]MOP 85 to 90 With Loot By [Cava]". Should I dig into the Scripts folder and run either:

  • [A-Quest]The Jade Forest(85-86)[Cava]
or
  • [A-Quest]The Jade Forest(WL)(85-86)[Cava]

Edit: Looks like this section from "[A-Quest]The Jade Forest(WL)(85-86)[Cava]" needs to be reworked for toons that have already done some of the starting Mists quests:

nothing about you or the profile its a strange bug with bot
some people fixed that deleting ALL quests in quest log and starting bot after that, some fixed removing the files from bot's Cache file, my advice is shutdown bot, turn in all finished quests delete all others go to The Jade Forest and start bot
 
i got a problem with the profile...
going to pickup a quest wich was already done, because of i turned it in manual.
deleteing the bot cache folder helped....

only wanted to tell if there is someone who got the same problem...

Hi Cava - I tried all the suggestions and the profile still won't work. It keeps trying to pick up quests from the Night Elf, Rell Nightwind, in the starting village, even though he had no quests available.

You need to break up the profiles individually. It gets stuck at FPs because I don't have the FP to the next area because I am a level ahead of the quests I am doing. I still need to finish Jade Forest and I am level 86 1/2

sorry didnt understand your idea, can you please explain?
 
Been testing

so far issues have been with sully's flare gun, require a small amount of babysitting. On the initial portion with the docks, at the second barrier my DK bugged out and I had to stop it and manually click gun.

Been running smooth since then.
